I have the cordless dyson and it has literally changed my life! I love it! it's so easy to use and makes that daily vaccum/sweep super easy and not a chore at all. I have hardwood floors down stairs and carpet upstairs and it works brilliantly on both. I never have any issues on the battery but my house is fairly small (UK houses are generally smaller that US ones!) I TOTALLY recommend it.

Get a shark lift away! It's amazing lightweight the cord doesn't get in the way(my pet peeve too) and it's so convenient they have a mop/hardwood vacuum. A normal vacuum that rotates and goes under everything and it can detach to Carry around for stairs or cleaning the ceiling! I highly recommend.
Great video! I am 8.5 months pregnant and starting to nest hardcore and cleaning everything in my house! After our first daughter was born, I bought a roomba (the pet hair version), and I do really like it, but it tends to get stuck in odd spots if you don't make sure that all small things that can clog the brushes are picked up (iPhone cords seem to be what gets stuck most for us). I've also been looking into getting a cordless vacuum just because I hate carrying our dyson around the house, but since we already have the roomba, I just don't think I can justify it...
I have a Dyson cordless and it is great. You do need to empty the dust cup often and be mindful of the length of charge in the unit. I have a backup corded vacuum (also a Dyson) if I didn't get everything done with the cordless unit.
Hi! I have a suggestion for your bedroom. I bought a basket to put my pillows while I do the bed, that way I don't put them on the floor. Or you can use a long and narrow ottoman at the end of the bed for extra sitting with storage in it! I like your skull motives!

I used to have a shark steam cleaner and we just used water. Vinegar can be hard on wood and granite. Look into norwex products. I use them for all my cleaning. They have a microfiber mop that's awesome and would be perfect for your flooring especially the dry one for dog. Hair. I have two big dogs and it's a constant battle of cleaning their fur and the dirt they bring in from outside. essential oils for DIY cleaners are also nice for here and there. Vinegar is great for cleaning just be cautious on which surfaces you use them for :) I've seen people use cake tables to put their perfume on no looks so classy and cute. Diffusers are nice for the essential oils also which would be awesome at your desk. I love mine and you can switch out the oils based on your mood :)

I don't actually have any large pets, just a small guinea pig but I got that particular one because it comes with different attachments that I find useful around the house, not just for pet hair. The only draw back is that you can only use it for about twenty minutes at a time. so it good to always put it back on the charger once you're done with it. Nonetheless, I live in Hawaii so my condo is super small, it works great for my space and is definitely a space saver, I love it! 😊

Great video, love home cleaning videos! I have the dyson V6 absolute and I love it. It's the one made for hard surfaces and rugs. Now I don't have to sweep anymore. I think you would love it. I got mine from Qvc, they give you a lot more attachments plus they let you pay monthly with no interest. Now dyson came out with a even nicer one the V8.

Funny you asked about the cordless dyson, I was getting ready to tell you how much I love mine. Just make sure to do your research. They have one now that lasts for 40 minutes and that has a fluffy brush head for hard wood floors. Not all of the attachments fit all of the cordless. This fits my needs but I think it is important to make sure you know what your needs are and if that will meet your needs. I really enjoyed watching your video, I will be subbing.
I love white towels also. Question how often do you do a deep cleaning any room? I seen your video on your kitchen but I don't think I heard how often you did that.

I don't try super hard to keep myself on a set cleaning schedule because it kind of takes the fun therapeutic element out of cleaning, you know ? But I mainly do a quick clean up every day, and then one day a week ( like kitchen mondays, bathrooms tuesdayss ) I focus on a room or an area that I need to focus on organizing.But to be real, I've gone a week or two without deep cleaning anything ... keeping a 15-20 min cleaning session and just "picking stuff up" has become enough to get me through with just two people and one dog for now. If you would be interested in a video of my weekly cleaning schedule and more of a sit down talking style video- let me know ! :)

Hi! We put a heppa filter in our bathroom air vent as well as all over the house. This should held with dust and allergens. And washed once a month or as needed. Thanks for sharing. 🌺

So my mom is a cleaning lady and have lots of friends who clean houses and businesses for extra money. I've been in the market for a vacuum and was thinking about a Dyson. Hands down they all said (10 of them) that a Dyson is way overrated and to get a Shark vac. Most of them pretty much own both and prefer their Shark vac. FYI Walmart Black Friday ad has the Shark Navigator Pro for 99 bucks. I'm gonna try to snag it

They're laminate- unfortunately. We have hardwood through the rest of our house but for some reason the people who lived here before us put laminate in the kitchen ! I can't complain though- its easy to clean :)

I have the same heavy Dyson, so I bought the cordless Dyson to use for everyday use. While it works great, I do not like that you have to hold in the power button the entire time and the battery only lasts about 8 minutes. The instruction booklet says it will last 15 minutes on one charge, but that is not the case with mine. It was very expensive and I would not buy it again. Great video :)

The shark rocket is amazing. It is corded, but is a stick vacuum so it stores in small areas. super long cord so it's great in any home really

Kim Molloy are you using it on max power? if so the battery will only last about 6-8 mins but on normal power about 15-20 mins. hope that helps
All Natural Aspirations, that is probably the case, but unsure how to turn off max power. I do not see any way to choose.

I was watching this video and was trying to remember my dream. Seen the owls on the table and it reminded me. I had a dream that I came out of my front door to our home with my husband and there was a big owl sitting on a tree branch right in front of my house it was daylight and it was starring at me looked right at me and flew off to the right. Does anyone know what this means? I've always heard owls are a bad omen. 😳
