Baby spinach is the perfect green for new green smoothie drinkers because it's sweet and mild n flavor. If you wanted something bolder, you can try swapping in some kale or chard. Enjoy!

GREEN BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE FOR WEIGHT LOSS RECIPE
A big handful of spinach (the more the merrier)
1 frozen banana
1 serving of your favorite protein powder (20-25 grams of protein)
1 tablespoon almond butter
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any liquid you prefer)
Place all of the ingredients into the blender. Add a few ice cubes and blend until light and creamy. Pour and enjoy!
NOTES
You can use any liquid you like for this smoothie; oat milk, coconut milk, soy milk, and or water all work well.
I prefer the taste of whey protein, but a plant-based protein powder works well too.

I am a complete child (Imagine a child that also can't cook as many will have. surpassed me already!) when it comes to cooking, but even to this day, I still use your Scrambled eggs approach, exactly as described, low heat pushed to the centre over and over! I love green smoothies! They're my favorite since it's such an easy way to get in your greens. My go to green smoothie is similar to yours, but I add cucumber, use chia seeds & ground flaxseed instead of hemp seeds, pb instead of almond butter, and for liquid I add both water and almond milk :)

Every night before bed time i drink green smoothie and if i dont have coconut milk, im using plain yoghurt with green tea. 1banana, i cup of spinich, half of advacado, 1lemon, glove of ginger, 3spoon of plain yoghurt and green tea than i blended it. It so yummy 😍😍

I made this smoothie today and it was delightful. But instead of Almond Butter I added PB also added chia seeds instead of hemp seeds (cuz I didn't have them at home)

Green smoothies on the daily. I’ve enjoyed spinach these days but I do add fresh basil leaves. Yum! I like to eat my veggies and drink if I’m on the go. Simple too. Thx for sharing!

They key when you use spinach is to add fresh lemon juice. It’s the perfect combination

Thank you for suggesting mango as a sub for banana. I used to eat bananas but they started hurting/cramping my stomach. I also like to use chia seed or flax & collagen protein.

That happens to me too BUT this smoothie really holds me over.
If you drink them quickly, that could be a reason. If so, try "chewing" each mouthful for a few seconds, to get that saliva (with digestive enzymes) going. Slows down the amount of time it takes to ingest it dramatically.
This has worked for me. I've been drinking smoothies several times per week for about 10 yrs.
