Taken from 21 Jump Street and Married with Children, both on Fox affiliate WXXA-TV (channel 23) in Albany, NY. Fox had just celebrated a year on the air, and in that window launched a primetime line-up, and a talk show which at this point was hosted by Arsenio Hall (just before he went to do his own show in syndication).
Fox had an uneven branding identity when it launched. It had CGI IDs like the one on the thumbnail, plus a print logo similar to the movie logo (back when they were still co-owned), a generic "FBC" logo (stands for Fox Broadcasting Company), and the O&O stations used another structure-like logo that only lasted about a year.

21 Jump Street ran for 4 seasons on Fox (1987-90) before moving to syndication for its final season (1990-91). A major motion picture of the same name was released in 2012, followed by the sequel, 22 Jump Street, 2 years later (2014).
