One of the things i miss most about the 80s was receiving the tv guide and going through it at a kid to see when the cartoons are going to be played...

Super Bowl XXI aired on CBS that season. That broadcast first used what is now the said network's college football theme music, which would be implemented on its college football broadcasts the following season. Ironically enough, the New York Giants beat the Denver Broncos, 39-20, in Super Bowl XXI (which was played at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA).
