The 5 Principles 1. Know what battle you're fighting 2. Win the battles, skirmishes, the small things and celibrate those things 3. Engage reinforcements 4. In defeat learn the lesson 5. Dig in The battle is NEVER over Stay strong brothers
I struggled with PMO, Alcohol abuse, Depression, Anxiety for many years. Through your Podcast and others I have cultivated an arsenal that is helping me crush these issues. 75 Hard is helping out a lot! Keep up the fine work!
It IS a Battle. Thank you. I too need to hear this. A woman in a man’s role, I also had a difficult divorce where my son stopped speaking to me. For 7 years. I never stopped trying & hoping and praying and asking. I finally surrendered my broken spirit to God maybe that was my karma… and he was returned to me. Grace allowed me to make amends and we have a wonderful loving relationship now. Anyone who has lost children through divorce… Never Ever Give Up. Ryan you are a gift to us all. Thank you so much for your program and your ideas and tireless encouragement, though you too are facing big life challenges you still show up, authentic and full of hope and a smile. May the Heavens bless you to have the peace and love you deserve always in your life, and give you the energy and love to continue your very good works. ☮️ ❤
The thought that you mentioned saying it took us roughly 40 years to get this way and how it wasn’t the way we were born is huge. We have to continue to strive to be better today than yesterday. Grow in greatness gents.
