I also know that the only other way is to treat them like shit, but I found that that caused too much hassle and too much shouting and bad moods than it was worth. Younger men tend to identify themselves by the quality and quantity of women that they pull. That's a dangerous road and gives women total power over you and your mental well being. Even for those guys who are successful with women, their lives are pretty empty outside of sex. Some cannot even support themselves as men.

Yup, I was in red pill rage during the height of the pandemic when I got hip to all the red pill content on RUclips. Took a bit to get over it, but I made it through at the end. Sometimes it'll come back, but I'm able to control it more compared to the first time. The best way fore to not let it get to my head, is practicing Stoicism and learning to focus on what I can control, as opposed to what I can't control. I honestly dont even like calling it red pill; I prefer CGA's term 'morning after pill'.

@@Schopenhauer69 Dating is pretty much dead. Here in the UK it's almost only simps/men who pedestalise and white knight who date, and the men who talk to women as women do. Otherwise, all that's left is hookup or casual affairs or ONS with someone you meet. I don't date as I'm repulsive to women because they can't use or manipulate, but I've ended up having dinner or lunch with a few over the years because we were at an event together. I have plenty of interaction with women every day, and sad git at my age I still go out smartly dressed and groomed for the sake of it and to get noticed. I'm very much like the Coach and I deal with women as he does. I like flirting with them, having a bit of banter. You can't shut yourself away from them even if you understand them entirely. I was fortunate that my red pill was during a time when i was isolated away from a lot of people so i worked through the rage without much incident because i wasn't around anyone. I've made it to the end. However, i found that if you dwell on it, it is easy to regress back into rage or depression because your default is now the redpill so you know full well what she's doing, what she means, and what reality ultimately is so it is easy to become angry or depressed all over again. it is crucial to just be able to detach and ignore it and basically be like well whatever and not involve yourself or invest yourself in it.
It's less depression and anger that I have, and more sadness that this is how they behave and that as such relationshits are a scam unless you're prepared to act to her that you're naïve and you're taking that meatsack seriously. Women just can't understand why none of their tricks work on me. She shrugs her shoulders, as do I, and move on.
Just go through all the stages of RP. Anger is just one of them.

You explained this very well. Here is the thing. What about all the men who never have or want one night or week stands like you do? There are lots of men who don't want one night stands at all. What do they do? 30 minutes of sex with a stranger is of no interest to me at all.
Find other interest bro. Men suffer because they think ladies are the end all be all. They need to put that energy and attention somewhere else rather than putting the attentioj and energy into trying to make ladies be the way they want them to be.
You can end up having mini relationships, or even ones that last a good few years (until they almost inevitably turn sour.) Honestly I don't think it's realistic or safe to expect much more nowadays, without seriously endangering your future and your peace of mind.

@orangeandslinky This is a great question and a perspective that more people in the red pill community should address. In my opinion it is possible to be red pilled AND in an exclusive relationship. The key is that you have to remember female nature even with your wife and as such remain detached emotionally from her and treat the relationship like a business. As such, as in any business dealing, the key for you will be to structure the deal/relationship in a way where you have almost all of the leverage. This is actually how marriage was pre-feminism when men had almost all leverage in marriage which is why it worked. To do that, I personally believe you have to take away the 2 biggest pieces of leverage women have over men. 1) children; 2) legal marriage. The key would be to not have a child with the woman you're with because now she will be heavily incentivized to turn against you and take the child from you anyway. If she doesn't have a child with you she then knows you can leave at any time which will actually force her to treat you well if she wants to keep you. And if she doesn't want to keep you it's still a win for you because you're now free again to not be constrained by a relationship. As for legacy, if you really want a child I say do it via a surrogate and then hire a small team of babysitters and nurses to help you take care of the child during the first 5 years as these are really the main years that a mother is important. Once the child (especially a boy) turns 6 they really don't need the mother, but mostly the father to teach them how to survive and thrive in life. Now if you do get in a relationship with a woman, she can help you by stepping into the step mother role, but even then she knows she has no leverage because if she ever gets out of line you can leave her and still keep your child as she would have no legal or moral right to them.

Just one phone call to the cops with any story she wants to make up and I lose. The law believes all women. I was married for 35 years and she just walked out and filed for divorce one morning before I got up. We have a son who is 37 years old now living on his own. She left when we were 60 years old. That was 11 years ago. What I heard in court from her under oath were stories I never even heard of in my life. If you can remove the one phone call that a woman can make to have the law fully on her side, I think you have some really valid ideas. All legal rights go to the women with just one phone call. What ever she says is the truth to the courts and the feminist judges. It is called no fault divorce or common law for a reason.

But there is a simple answer: Accept that relationships between men and women in this society are just transactional. The exchange is money/resources for sex/childrearing/ housework. Men need to just stop looking for tricks or a magic mystery ingredient that will take it all back to an old-fashioned fairytale again. Let's accept the reality and what follows. It will free our minds.
1) Sex work needs to be 100% legalized. Consenting adults can do what they want. Frustrated young men won't be stuck in sexual misery. Female sex workers will have dignity and legal protections. Men who just want sex won't have to pretend otherwise. Women who are fed up with those men who just want sex won't have to deal with these men.
2) Reform divorce, child-custody and other family laws. Surrogacy for sex and for childbirthing needs to be fully legalized and covered by state health insurance. Won't go into more on that here.
2) We need to get rid of sex and sexual appeal as the main theme in our culture and the main pillar of men's and women's self-worth. How angry would you be if your dentist, attorney, or plumber dropped you as a client? Annoyed, but you'd find another. Same should go in a man's relationships with women. If the man's provider of sex/childrearing/housework doesn't want the arrangement anymore or doesn't behave professionally, the man should gracefully move on to another provider. No sentimentality. Our culture and our laws shouldn't make this crap into a life-ruining crisis.
Please comment. Also anyone else who thinks likewise. Anyone who thinks differently is welcome too. I have a soon-to-be teenage boy and I want to think hard about how to raise him so he doesn't go through stuff like I and most of my friends did.
