Ego is one hell of a thing. One person can lead themselves and produce abysmal results. Another person can lead themselves and produce great results. Due to ego, the failure will refuse to get with the program of the person who is giving better results. They will probably even expect that person to do their work instead of learning how to be as good.
You can probably easily find examples of this in a work environment or a relationship when it comes to finances.

I have never in my life seen a woman be responsible or accountable for there actions in my life. It's only when an they are caught by an authority figure and risk facing consequences do they end up apologizing. Women also very rarely sacrifice themselves or do the grunt jobs that put them in the front lines in harms way to make a living. Women like the idea of being a leader but can't handle it when things go wrong and people look at them for guidance, advice and planning. Women make better bosses because they can just pass the buck while doing very little themselves.
