Have a great holiday season! Your weekday sauce had me hooked to your videos a couple years ago when I first saw it. That is my go to sauce, my kids know nothing else so they prefer my spaghetti to anyone else's. I appreciate you and your recipes!
Since we won't get to see you on your birthday I'll say Happy Birthday now! Last year you got some very special gifts and I hope this year will be even better. Enjoy your time off, have a wonderful holiday with your family, then come back to us tanned, rested and ready! I'll see you in '24.
Vincenzo's Plate recommended your channel, he reviewed your Cacio E Pepe, so here I am. Really loved the artichoke dip, but also really loved the Christmas cheese board. I'm subscribing. Awesome channel, wonderful presentations, really helpful, and great stuff! Thank you!
Congratulations on another year done, Steve. Your recipes have been a huge inspiration to me on my cooking journey - I started from absolute zero when I moved across the country on my own in early 2020, and you have helped me become a very solid cook. Someday when I host a party, your recipes will be the star there. Get yourself some well-earned rest, and happy holidays to you and yours.
Stephen- dude I love your channel. It makes me laugh and your recipes have changed my culinary life. Thanks for making food that I eat and for being a great communicator. Have a great rest and see you in 2024.
This dip recipe has been a part of many years of entertainment. This recipe was on a package many many years ago and I've altered it at times depending on the guest list or the mood. You can chop spinach, add roasted garlic, peas, diced ham whatever your heart desires. It's a forgiving dish and super easy to make any time of the year. One of my families favorites. Game days, birthday, holiday, weekend munchies, snack time.
Hey! 1.) You do the best job of incorporating sponsors (paid promotions) into your videos in contrast to other RUclips videos who include them - good segue that leads me to actually look up your sponsors in the links. 2.) You apply fun energy to the sensible instructions for your recipes. 3.) I will try this dip after I work on the omelet recipe from The Bear! Thank you 🙏🏻🤟🏻
Just made it and it was a hit! 2nd recipe of yours I've tried (still trying to master the authentic Alfredo, which brought you into my life). My eyeballing of sour cream likely went over (3/4 cup?). I had to use some (not all) of the "green can" parmesan, and added garlic powder and a dash of pepper & lemon juice. I look forward to making this quick dish again with better artichokes (I had an old can) and shredding my parmesan off the block. Happy Holidays and I look forward to your videos in 2024!
This looks so good. I will probably add some jalapeno to the dip too because once I tried the artichoke with jalapeno dip from Costco that amoed it up so your recipe with Jalapeno is just the ticket. 🙂
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you and your family!!! Thanks for all of the wonderful, delicious and sometimes challenging recipes! You helped me take my cooking to the next level this year and can't wait to see what is next! Enjoy your break!
The dip sounds like a new holiday classic, but a meat hammer? Stephen! 😳 You’re dipping your meat hammer in artichoke dip and fig jam? I’ve heard it all now. 😂 Happy Holidays! Have it your way. 🎄✨
Looks better than a Christmas tree. I love it. Just a note, if you're from Brooklyn, Prosciutt' has no "o" at the end. Please. I really have to check out that Humboldt Fog, sounds like my kinda cheese. Thanks for this one, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and best wishes for you in the coming year.
Beautiful 🎉 definitely making this! Happy holidays Steve thank you for everything this year! Have a wonderful holiday and bless you and your family and friends in the new year
Nice looking appetizer board. Not hard to make it up and you probably can buy it all in one place. Stuart’s, wasn’t it? The name of your local market there that had such a great selection. Nice!
Mom's Famous Four-Ingredient Artichoke Dip Recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1 can artichoke hearts 1/2 cup sour cream Salt, to taste Instructions: Prepare Artichoke Hearts: Drain the can of artichoke hearts using a strainer. Use paper towels to squeeze out any excess moisture from the artichoke hearts. Chop the artichoke hearts on a cutting board. The goal is not a fine mince, but to break up the artichokes into small, evenly distributed pieces. Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of sour cream, and about a cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Season the mixture with salt according to your taste. Add the chopped artichoke hearts to the bowl. Combine and Bake: Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is creamy and well combined. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip into a baking dish, leveling out the top. Sprinkle a layer of Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 35 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown. Prepare Serving Board: While the dip is baking, prepare a serving board for the holiday platter. Slice up some bread and arrange it around the center to create a mold for the dip. Build Cheese and Meat Board: Slice and arrange three types of cheese (aged cheddar, Camembert, Humboldt Fog) on the board. Place thinly sliced meats (prosciutto, salami, spicy soppressata) in attractive patterns on the board. Add honey, fig jam, roasted salted almonds, and other nuts to the board. Scatter raincoat crackers and grissini sticks around the board. Border the board with red grapes for freshness. Finish with fresh thyme for greenery. Serve: Once the artichoke dip is ready, place it in the center of the prepared serving board. Allow guests to enjoy building their own bites with the various components on the board. Note: The recipe for the artichoke dip is part of a holiday plan of attack, and the full set of recipes can be found in an ebook linked in the description. Enjoy this festive and delicious holiday spread!
I looooove Humboldt fog! I live in NorCal, so it's at every grocery store and cheese shop 😂😋 One of my favorites. And, since you were talking about blue cheese (which Humbolt Fog is NOT, just to be clear😅), people who don't like blue cheese need to taste a lot of different ones, because I swear, you'll find some you like. Blue cheese is actually my favorite type of cheese. There are so many varieties out there to try. The most commonly seen Danish blue, which is what you find in grocery stores across the country, isn't really a great representation of blue cheese. Don't get me wrong, I'll eat it 😂, but it's not my first, second, third, etc, choice.
My spinach dip is fire. Homemade sourdough, over a year old now. Grow my own peppers. Usually Fresno. This year, 6 different peppers. All homegrown. Couldn't throw in much more love. Make my own cheese?
Looks really lovely and tasty! Sorry you aren't feeling well, but hopefully you will be soon. Thank you Kevin for another great idea and recipe, Happy Christmas 🎄 ❤️🕊👍.
Steve, your artichoke dip was the star of our Christmas Eve dinner! Thank you for inspiring me with your videos!
was it really that good? i thought it would at least need a little garlic.
Have a great holiday season! Your weekday sauce had me hooked to your videos a couple years ago when I first saw it. That is my go to sauce, my kids know nothing else so they prefer my spaghetti to anyone else's. I appreciate you and your recipes!
I like to add a little lemon as well; it goes so well with artichokes
Yes! Lemon, a little roasted garlic, and parsley ❤

Top notch vid, and a life-saver 👌❤️
Edit: Merry Christmas 🎄 🎁 bro
Can you use artichoke marinated in olive oil?
Merry Christmas
Belated Merry hatelessmas and happy cookmore year! 🎉❤
So the squeeze mayo recipe is different from the tub of mayo....does that make a difference?
Looks really lovely and tasty! Sorry you aren't feeling well, but hopefully you will be soon. Thank you Kevin for another great idea and recipe, Happy Christmas 🎄 ❤️🕊👍.
Oh my God! The EPA! I'm so happy about the EPA!

Stephen, where is the mortadella? Looks great!
Are the proportions different if you leave out the sour cream? I’d rather leave it out.
How FABULOUS 🎉❤
Looks amazing 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Spinach dip plz. If not, I will send you one heck of a dip with pumpernickel bread cubes.
It's amazing

What’s the name of the HV cheese producer? Can you get it from Adams?
Isn’t there enough salt in the cheese?
You had me @ "Mom's" 😂
You should try adding your whipped ricotta😊
Will the book ever be available in hardcover?
