I probably haven't worked as hard as this guy but I have been working hard at it too. Want to give you a ton of credit as your stuff has been a big part of my learning, inspiration. I was throwing 150-180 back in July (picked the game back up after a 12 yr break). Worked and worked but could not break 250. Everything was nose up, unless I dipped and leaned over the front leg. No snap. Tons of arm speed but it was all brute force and no skill. The more I committed to your method, the more nose up I threw. I gained power but not distance. So I changed everything. My grip. My approach, my head position, my weigh shift and brace. Today I played a little pitch and putt. 310 ft hole with trouble right, strong headwind. So I go easy to prevent going right. Maybe 60%. Perfect nose down release, brace, everything. Parked it. Record distance for me, perfect accuracy, and I wasn't even trying to throw hard. Never settle. It's working. For a guy who was stuck under 200 ft a few months ago, I believe I can get to 400 now. Thank you.
That's a tremendous demonstration of the back leg thought process. My brace knee has all the structural integrity of a warm Rice Krispy treat, so the idea of trying to rotate around on it like I see others do, is nerve-wracking to say the least. This is extremely helpful to understand how Paul gets what he gets out of a throw that looks like it has the lowest caloric output of a human this side of Terry Miller. Thanks for the work on this video...I'm sure it's going to be an ahh-ha! moment for many viewers like myself.
Whats good Coach! Something im always thinking about is how to create more arm speed! Not sure if you've covered this topic in any video, but I have not come across it if you already did. Can you shed some insight in this topic if possible!
No excuses brother. There's plenty of simple instructions how to mirror a video. It's all about mentality! You will get better if you stop making excuses. Good luck!
@@AB-yf5ei Not exactly what I was talking about 🤣 but the audio will still be for RHBH, I would rather see this explained from a lefty that can throw like him.
@@slingshotdiscgolf1897 Oh man that will be great! I think that will help a lot of people and I think trainers should have a lefty shot up their sleeves.
Video Correction - Preston's before form was recorded on 7/8/2022
Can't believe the massive progress Preston made in just a few short months of working hard! Fixing that timing is so difficult but it can be done!
As soon as I hear that music... Thumbs up!

Coach T is THE GUY. Transformations like this are getting common to see in the discord chat. Lets go!
I threw 487 ft for the first time because of this video! Thanks so much coach T!
Congratulations Preston! Nice job coach T 💯
Way to go Preston, you're slangin it bro!
Just lit some candles and put on my bathrobe. Watching this while listening to Elton John
You’re a really supportive coach!
I try to be!
Love it. Great work man.... Looks great!
Glad you like it!
Wow, his form is so smooth.

Awesome to see the progression :) can’t wait to try this myself. I just need to get out and play more then once every two weeks :/

Arm speed comes from body power. Body power is the back leg & the tum tum. Keep grinding
@@slingshotdiscgolf1897 got it thank you!
The most ridiculous part is how much less apparent effort it takes to throw 500~ than to throw ~350.
Insane.
Wow nice work
Would love to see/hear a video about his process and progress :)
The process is coach Ts training program.
Would this work if you have a cage in your back?
I want to throw like drew Gibson.
Get that tour card!!!
I want to get better but there isn't any good videos like this for lefty's like me😞 I just have a hard time mirror imagining I guess🤷

I plan to learn left handed to test out my training program. Will take a long long time but hopefully I can help at some point

But doesn’t his back leg still slip? Somebody help me if I’m wrong
I'd settle with 450', lol.
After that focus on putting and short game.
Did you miss the title of this video?
"Never Settle"
That is a mind set. Kinda like Mamba mentality.
