- I decided to do some upgrades to my 2013 Camaro ZL1. Mostly cosmetic upgrades for the time being. Shout out to J. Nutter Designs for installing my splitter. Feel free to ask questions or share your mods and advice for others. The 2013 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 has the supercharged 6.2L LSA V8 with 580 horsepower.

@@great4ever845 For the most part they are. I’m in some large ZL1 groups and most of big the issues I hear of are from people that have modded the engines and when the mag ride shocks go out they are not cheap.

@@whateva_man thank you for making great videos my friend!! May I ask you how much the Z/28 rims cost you? I have a ‘14 1SS L99 with a CAI, ported TB, headers, X pipe into a 3” borla atak. I want to do the Z/28 clone set up but was unsure what to expect to set aside $$ wise for the rims, tires, side skirts and deck lid spoiler. Do you also have any advice tire wise? I’m sure you need something capable of handling the power and torque your car makes (i’m only putting down 436hp 421tq to the wheel). I currently have Continental Extreme Contact Pros which work amazing in a straight line and through the twistiest roads, but the rears are 275’s which I believe i’d have to use on the fronts with the new rims. I have a friend who owns a tire shop who can get me anything I want at cost. The Continentals were $235 each, and he gets them for $95. Thank you for reading this 1800 word reply (sorry it was so long my friend), and I look forward to your advice.
Continental extreme conacts are popular with Camaro guys. I have Michelin Pilot Sport S4 and they have been awesome on the street and the drag strip. My wheels are Factory Flow Form Z/28 replicas. They were about 2 grand. 20x10 front and 20x11 rears. They were lighter than my stock forged ZL1 wheels

I have the same car but it’s a 6 speed. Have the M-22 look alike wheels. Awesome car bro! I’m in Memphis.

@@whateva_man Unfortunately the muscle at era is coming to a end. The last to go will be the mustang? However 2008 to 2025 will be the great eras of the muscle cars. People just don’t buy a lot of them. We are in the era of suvs and EV’s.

Yes I have seen many converted to ZL1 bumpers. Not sure if it takes any extra parts to do it right but it definitely fits
That splitter you have on ypur zl1 on zl1 add on says it does fit on zl1. This is the same one that you have?
There is a splitter on ZL1 addons that only fits the ZL1, that’s what I have. They have others for the other style bumpers

If I'm totally honest with you it was my dream car too. It's fun, it's fast(not as fast as I thought), it looks good and gets a lot of compliments but I give it a 7. I don't enjoy it as much as I thought I would and I was thinking about not keeping it

@@Thefabianray Don't get me wrong it's a bad ass car. Drive one yourself and see if you like it. Everyone's opinion will be different. I wanted a manual but I'm a big guy and my knee was against the steering wheel so it wasn't comfortable. This car would be amazing with the manual
Where did you get those quad tips?
The local exhaust shop I went to already had them there for purchase. I'm not sure the brand or model. I have purchased quality tips from Jegs in the past for other cars.
