Nice review! That's the clasp from 116660 Deepsea, not a 116600 Sea-Dweller. The dial is also not deep black as with the Submariner, but has a subtle vintage touch. It is very likely that Rolex chose a cyclops for this Sea-Dweller because the movement is actually too small for the dial and without a cyclops it would be noticeable that the date window is too far to the center. Another fun fact, the Mk1 (the real 50th anniversary model) can be distinguished from the MkII by the lack of the crown between Swiss Made at 6 o'clock and missing a dash at 1 from 1220.
Had this piece, Loss of symmetry , bezel too large for dial, ran slow after a year, good points: glide lock clasp. Sold it and wear the better More wearable 16600, newer doesn’t mean better imho
Does the 2023 SD have an 'anti-reflective coating'ÉÉ I heard on one of hte mrecent iterations of the Ausb---Rolex finally added it. :) But noone mentioned which year 'from--" or if itès true....I would have thought all Rolex dive watches or any of hteir watches would have an AR coating by now....like every other brand....i heard the 41mm Sub now has an AR coasting...better to have than not...
Hi yes it does - from the Rolex Website: "Like the watch crystal, the Cyclops lens is made of sapphire, a virtually scratchproof material whose qualities are enhanced by a double anti-reflective coating." Hope that helps!
@@watchesthatrock Thanks pal\\ :) Good to know. Glad to see Rolex DID think of everyting here wit hthe Sea Dweller. heard that Rolex finally added AR coatings to the 126610 Submariners made from 2020 on....do you know if this is trueÉ ....no i havenèt chehcked the Reolex website....heh...

Is it better then Casio?
Every watch tells the time….it’s whatever meets your needs!
Good information, thank you!
Really enjoyed this video 👍

@@watchesthatrockIncorrect. It does not. It has AR coating under the cyclops only.
I love my 23 Sea Dweller! The watch is made for large wrists.
It's a cool watch - I really like how the red Sea Dweller script sets off the dial!
Greetings from Brazil 🇧🇷
Greetings….Thanks for watching!
Best
The Bezel is to big in my humble opinion.
Nice details. Thanks.
BUT what a truly irritating way to pronounce the model numbers. NEVER heard them read out as regular numbers. Oy!
Thanks for the info!
