I saw this the night it aired on our PBS station and was mesmerized. But wondered for the next damn near twenty years who these guys were and why I could never find another thing about the group. Until one day the hubs came home from a business trip with a Delta magazine, and he pointed out an article talking about bluegrass/mountain music - I want to say a festival in North Carolina or something. And, miracle of miracle, there was the name. "Those are the guys I"ve been talking about all these years!" I told him. And now we also had the internet so I could work backwards. Please know what pleasure you've brought to us, and now our son, through this and your individual careers. Absolutely divine listening.

Truly one of the greatest collection of musicians of the past 30 years...a remarkable partnership.

IMHO... These men are the very, very very best musicians who have EVER walked the face of the earth... period. I do sometimes wonder how it might have sounded if Tony Rice had been there, though.

The humpbacked whales of the world should get royalties for Edgar's opening bass solo! What a masterful creative musician...

Even in a band with some of the greatest musicians in the world, Mork O'Connor seems to be on a completely different level...Mark's solo here sounds like he is channeling the spirit of Arabian music...just unbelievable.

Every time I have seen Sam Bush play anywhere, he rocks like a metronome.
Best sense of time I have ever seen other than a couple of drummers of note…
