I was married to an INTJ and when he talked the conversation was interesting. Unfortunately INTJ doesn't always like to talk and connect like an INFJ and emotionally they are not gonna match the breadth of the emotional landscape of an INFJ so you would have to be watching at exactly the right moment and limit your expectations to hearing about theories about space and time and physics all that kind of stuff and not as much about why people do what they do. I haven't met an INTJ that is interested in people. But they are interesting at times.
@@yeppieyay8906 isn't that like the constant state of being for an INFJ 😂 Seriously I wish I could put the psychoanalysis of myself down for a bit and just exist. But it's always oriented a bit outwards. Referencing my views against other people and concepts. But INTJ doesn't really do that so much.
Normal Infj is how appear to people and extreme InfJ is me in my head continuing the unwanted speech that should not be said out loud. So I'm Infj turbulent
Writing out the speech in my head helps me let it go (otherwise I stay up all night). Also if the raging preacher wont stop, I find breaking out of INFJ pattern can be done BY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY. So chores, walks, exercise & dancing to music really helps to break the intense mental conversations I have in my head. In the end, no matter how I tried to repress my speech writer, I found that by really listening to the inner conversation, it usually led me to work through unresolved feelings (grief). And processing & releasing those intense feelings brought me some deeper insights & peace.
As an INFJ, that was tested by psychologists before this was a big thing. This is over stigmatized and over exaggerated. I know it's for laughs, but so misleading into our inner workings and life. Also I hate that it's broadcast everywhere that we are rare, because it just makes people want to pretend to be an INFJ so they can be special, when in reality they should want to know their real personality type. So they can learn their strengths and weaknesses, to improve their own lives... Instead of misrepresenting the INFJ's. Personal growth should be their focus, not seeking attention by pretending to be different. INFJs rarely have friends and I personally have none. Because you really are empathetic and do take on their emotions. Which is draining and not fun at all. When you read people like a book and then try to help them work through the issues that they bury and hide.... Two things happen. They either take it as an insult or attack. Then hate you or realize you can see their secrets and then run. Either way, people don't like INFJ's... Because they can't hide things from us. Most INFJs are intelligent, because we gather and connect information over the years. My husband hates this. He said I missed my calling as a private investigator. He can't lie to me, because I remember everything.... Which is also a curse because you relive painful experiences much more vividly. INFJ types usually have higher IQs, mine is 138. Not a genius by any means, but I do have a photographic memory and lastly. INFJ's don't like to be them most of the time, because no one sticks around. We are left a lot of the time, because we do have a very intense personality. We don't shut up when we find like minded people, but it takes years for us to open up to someone and make friends. We don't like small talk and can't stand shallow relationships.
🥲 Wow. I married an ENTJ that is also ADHD, but he has different ADHD traits than mine. I do think the things I "fixed" though were responses to annoying/burdening my family when I was a kid so those same traits bother me now that I'm an adult. (For example tardiness, leaving cabinets and drawers open, not putting certain things away, etc.) And my sense of justice is much higher- not making me better I just fixate too much. I hadn't realized I was "normal" for an infj not having friends. Yes- I love people and love analyzing them. I want everyone to be okay. The people what want a friendship are typically extroverts that think we aren't friends if I don't see them every day. You hit the nail on the head- exhausting. Maybe even a bit hyper vigilant. Unable to relax or move on mentally from seemingly minor or mundane things until I can intellectualize it. I frequently assume people don't mean the nice things they say and I "spare" them from having to tolerate me as often. I find contentment in learning different things or determining the psychology behind shows and movies, so I tend to not get too bored when not socializing. Have a good day- I apologize if I wrote to much or if it isn't relatable. 😊
Initially I intended to respond with a comical comment about how your over-analytical response exposes you as an extreme INFJ, but I reconsidered after thoroughly reading your comment. Your comment is like a cry for help; I hope you were only feeling down when writing this and don't feel like that constantly, because that is draining. Besides the fact that the MBTI test underscores that the received result is not for life (people change) you have the power to alter the undesirable parts of your personality. Being an INFJ is a gift to be able to analyse people's inner feelings and thoughts with uncanny accuracy. However, not everyone needs fixing, especially if the advice is unsolicited. I have come to learn that the truth is that I would try and help people more for the personal pleasure of having improved their lives, than for consideration of whether they wanted my help. Friendships thrive on helping to better each other, paired with a mutual agreement of boundaries. It is not an insurmountable feat for INFJs to have friends- we just need to know how to temper our zeal for analysis with interpersonal skills. I highly recommend making friends with INFPs; my two best friends are. On a side note, something I've been researching recently is my personal theory that INFJs and INFPs suffer from childhood trauma, but it manifests as cPTSD in INFJs and INFPs learn later in life that they are autistic. Maybe your are traumatised? I wish you all the best.
Being an immature INFJ is being the normal type, getting into your teens/young adulthood is the extreme type and then finally you come back to earth and become the normal INFJ again
Sounds about right. Except I would say when you finally come back to earth you keep your knowledge and are more capable going out of your comfort zone compared to when you were immature cause now you're mature, that's the point.
I've befriended my INTJ-T coworker, and I promise we are almost the same person. They are just a way cooler, more put together, and more stoic version of myself! 😬
Video ideas 16 personalities hangout for a day with a random type (ex ENFP and INTP) 16 personalities getting arrested (and what crime they committed) 16 personalities at a wedding (like the funeral video) Ranking the 16 personalities on alignment (chaotic neutral, neutral evil etc)
Once I was into an INFJ guy, but he had a very different way to see spirituality in comparison to me. I couldn't understand how sure he was about all those random things. He was very wise for his age by the way. I admired him for his morality. - ISFJ here
I can guess it was because he was seeing it with Ni and you with Si, which would lead to two quite different interpretations. He was sure because to him it wasn't random at all and he could see the patterns that would most likely lead to something. To him, it was just more like a butterfly effect. Actions have consequences and they're not always independant from our control. And nothing pisses INFJs off more than when people think it is and don't take these responsibilities 😅. It's by controlling their actions to avoid consequences that INxJs go through life safely.
Lol another awesome video ! I swear i felt 1:03-1:14 and how it can go both ways. Some days you wanna be calm, help others, etc. Then other times you wanna walk into a forest or some unknown area to do battle with yourself and who you are
Funny stuff! I was in line at the post office last month and the lady who finished at the counter started to leave but stopped right in front of me and started talking about her elderly cat, so I told her about my fat middle-aged cat and my elderly dog who passed, and then she told me about how she found love again in her late 60's but her first husband was a very bad one. Her new one likes to sleep too much she said (they are now in their low 80's) All of this is why I really laughed at the stranger and the park bench scene you showed. It IS true this happens to me most everywhere I go (except for the ones I WANT to talk to and then they seem to run away for some reason.) Have a great weekend Frank! :)
Could you do the MBTI as personal digital assistants (like responding how they would, but as a Alexa or smth) Possibly release it on the 22nd if possible, this ENTP’s birthday is coming July.
Indeed-y and ditto. 🙋🏻♀️ I don't know my TYPE of INFJ, but I also have PTSD. And I'm neurodivergent so going to the doctor is... fun. Both sarcastically and the truth. Yes, PTSD has multiple health related symptoms but they gotta overlook it sometimes for some symptoms. I won't bore you with my stories of trying to get answers/additional diagnoses- but perhaps your "Life is strange" more eloquently expresses it. ✅
The neglecting myself so much that I burn out eventually is so me... But everything else is normal for me so.... Yay! Finally once in my life I feel normal! Thanks Frank! ❤ Btw, I missed these INFJ videos, I love them so much 😊
Relationships are like ducks, they waddle in and out of your parameter, usually hungry, occasionally they bite (may cause serious injury or disease), watch out for the shit they leave behind
1:20 and the extreme infj will still find things to complain about even when everyone takes care of him. I once cleaned my infj friend's apartment when she was neglecting herself, and she complained that I was frustrating because I cleaned slowly xD
"If I did not overthinking things I'll feel irresponsable and frankly, reckless". Now, how this isn't logical to everybody else?? It's exactly because of the irresponsable and reckless behavior of the other people that we INFJs need to overthink things for everybody, so everybody can be fine, so we can be fine too, sort of...So please other people, start to deal with your own lion, cause we are arleady dealing with too much things going on in our own heads. I have "standing up" here for this statement, but I'm not mad at you kay?! I don't want be misunderstood, so I'm sorry actually, if I was too much, I'm sorry! Read it in a very kind, very gentle and respectful tone of voice, as if I am pushing you to be and embrace your best self! All love from Brasil!!💗🌻
Thank you so much for your words, I relate to them a lot. I would say that, sometimes it's on us...in the sense that, even if other people didn't think through some things, the consequences shouldn't be too disastrous, so we should learn to accept and let go. And at other times, people are really messing things up and we need to clean up behind them. And as this is very tiring, it can lead to avoiding others or wanting to meet only people who are similar to us.
@@ladytakarazuka Oh was in tone of joke that I put it...but yeah, there is a bottom of truth for us, right?! If I would talk seriously, one thing that drag me crazy, it's see obtuse people dealing with kids...In sort way, part of hypersensitivity that I have for things, and be aware of the feeling of everybody and overthink everything, Its do to the fact that I was a neglected child in some measure...When instead of growing healthily and chill, you have to become the emotional reguler of the adult environment, it's impossible to grow plentifully, and It's hard to put it back together later. I'm struggling till today, even already been and adult myself...So even being not a "kids" person myself, I get really pissed off when I see adults or parents bad treating children, cause I know that that can messed up their little heads for life...Even when is not a so easily detectable nocive behavior, I can see, clearly as if written in gold letters. Than you kinna gonna have to find the words to explain to the "adults", so then they can become aware of what their are doing wrong and correct in time, or you swallow it, understanding that whatever you say will have the same value that what the cat burie, and go to sleep thinking how wonderful could it be if every person really effort a little more on dealing with their own crap...Cause sometimes is just tirisome to see the obvious, and have to convince the other that it is obvious, and is for the best of everybody. - Right now, for example, I'm in a dilemma because in a recently familyar lunch I have together with a cousin of my, her little daughters demonstrate have some food blockage/selectivity, and she was fighting with the children in front of everyone because of that... Which OBVIOUSLY only makes the problem worse, with the kids entering in a anxiety state and everything. Now you see, I use to follow positive education pages, because I worry about the collective social responsibility that adults should have towards children, which is clearly have been flushed away for everybody. It's that hard to this fake sapiens sapiens to follow an Instagram page that is about positive education so as not to cause an eating disorder in the child?! Then an adult grows up with a childish taste, lacking of nutrients, vulnerable to any cold, full of health problems, because the parents couldn't get a 5-year-old child to eat properly. Then I realize this, but I'm not the mother, and only they can provide this care because it's not quick to resolve, it requires constancy and patience from someone who is with the little ones every day, and now I'm going to have to find a way to explain it to them that if the "blessed one" doesn't change her approach, she will only make the lives of the children and herself miserable. AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE A CHILD. MAN, I'M BAMING MY HEAD ON THE TABLE RIGHT NOW. WTF. - 😮💨 Sorry, this time I realy took the opportunity by find another active listener to vent, rsrs..sorry for being so prolixe!! Thanks for hear me (or better, for read me rsrs!! Bahahahha! I am..... both. Yes. Both is good. We're all about listening to other people for hours, hearing life stories, overthinking, feeling everything, giving advice.... and... never taking advice ourselves. Booyah.
3 is clearly a goofball, with his comic sans shape. 5 is very business like, and 9 is open, Life of the party. Funny, I didn’t know I felt this way about numbers
I think it's projecting traits based on shapes. But for numbers I still think it's pointless and the reason why no one talks about it, unless you want to write a fiction about it.
Hi FJ, I'm Lucía Lagos. I made this account a while ago for no reason. I actually prefer the Extreme kind of INFJ. He would be much more interesting to date.
I saw a meme basically stating that INFJs are stronger INFPs. They experience doubt, fear, and self-sabotage, but due to their orientation towards planning and schedules, they have a higher resolve. While they are often thought of highly, they're still people, and shouldn't be looked at as an ultimate guide to things. That's the INTJs, job ffs.
Well, let's just say that I don’t feel like a regular INFP. I do feel everything quite deeply and sometimes feel like I can't be fully understood and I'm into music and books, but also I think that I'm an ambivert and I can share my thoughts and feelings with others without feeling too much anxiety and I also really want to help people find their own path in life, so I would say that I went a bit beyond some of the stereotypes about INFPs
Can you do INTJ next? Whenever you want to of course, I have an INTJ friend of mine that doesn't really act like a INTJ from the stereotypes, most INTJs you see are seen as smart and stoic. But there can be INTJs that actually don't follow the stereotype. However, I know that she's probably an INTx because of how she's logical when it comes to decision making and avoids people most of the time other than me and a few other friends. It could just be that she's gotten comfortable with me though- (she could be an INTP too idk) -INFP
I'm a normal INFJ.. but my boyfriend is extremely "extremely INFJ" specially the "neglect myself, that everyone else has to take care of me".. It's funny and kinda sad!
Normal INFJ: listening to people talk your ears off about all their problems while you mentally check out and start questioning your life choices. Then at the right time, tune back into the conversation like you were listening the whole time. Extreme INFJ: got licensed and can charge people to talk your ears off and have the luxury of saying, “Time’s up.”

Extreme INFJ = I feel attacked, exposed, and... well this is me, an alien 👽
You are a beautiful alien. I feel like that too. And really like Stitch also.
The "normal infj" is how we potray ourselves to the public while the "extreme infj" is us on the inside. 😂
I’ve got a feeling that the extreme INFJ scored VERY high in neuroticism on the big 5 test!
Facts 😂 Unfortunately me
+
(For example tardiness, leaving cabinets and drawers open, not putting certain things away, etc.)
And my sense of justice is much higher- not making me better I just fixate too much.
"I feel the emotions of other people, animals, inanimate objects, colours, numbers" 😅 That's exactly the case!! I feel you!!
Numbers have emotions... that's not INFJ that's synesthesia.
Being an immature INFJ is being the normal type, getting into your teens/young adulthood is the extreme type and then finally you come back to earth and become the normal INFJ again
So much to look forward to within the INFJ life cycle. 😂
Sounds about right. Except I would say when you finally come back to earth you keep your knowledge and are more capable going out of your comfort zone compared to when you were immature cause now you're mature, that's the point.
👏👏
@@Elven.Jesus? 🤔
I’m a INTJ and I feel like INTJ’s and INFJ’s act a lot a like minus the INFJ’s need to care for others 😂
I've befriended my INTJ-T coworker, and I promise we are almost the same person. They are just a way cooler, more put together, and more stoic version of myself! 😬
I can confirm I’m a mix of both normal and extreme INFJ… not an even mix though
Same! Mostly normal, but I won't lie... a month alone in the wilderness sounds kind of nice...
@@andreae. a lifetime alone in the wilderness sounds nice too. To an extent
“Frankly…” yea okay Frank
I'm gonna send this to my INFJ friend, also primal screaming in the woods sounds like a fantastic idea
Video ideas
16 personalities hangout for a day with a random type (ex ENFP and INTP)
16 personalities getting arrested (and what crime they committed)
16 personalities at a wedding (like the funeral video)
Ranking the 16 personalities on alignment (chaotic neutral, neutral evil etc)
We can laugh at ourselves. I'm an old INFJ so I'm... what is normal? But not extreme.
I'm an INFJ-T I didn't know there was 2 sides. I've experienced both on different days. But the turbulent is my Extreme..
Oooh, can you do a normal ENFP and an extreme ENFP, please? 🙏
Also ENTP!
theres a normal ENFP? 🤣
Normal enfp is an oxymoron lol
I dare you to tackle Normal ENFP vs Extreme ENFP if you can handle it. 😈
Yesss, please do!
7wjajajahw I feel attacked BY BOTH
Lol another awesome video ! I swear i felt 1:03-1:14 and how it can go both ways. Some days you wanna be calm, help others, etc. Then other times you wanna walk into a forest or some unknown area to do battle with yourself and who you are
Frank loves doing the IN types
That's his base .
*DUCKS*
Want to believe I'm a normal INFJ, yet I relate to everything extreme. I guess I'm just too unique to be understood.
The fact there is a skit about it means you're not too unique to be understood ;)
@whimsylore maybe it was sarcasm;)..
😂
@whimsylore Haha you must not be an INFJ. We thrive on sarcasm 😉
@@JojoB-fy9qp Just like Frank's entire RUclips career 😂
Could you do the MBTI as personal digital assistants (like responding how they would, but as a Alexa or smth)
Possibly release it on the 22nd if possible, this ENTP’s birthday is coming July.
😅I'm definitely the one who needs therapy. Don't worry. the appointment is set
Infj-t with ptsd here. Life is strange.
@@LunaR2017 S' cool. You're not boring me. I don't wish it for other ppl but at least I'm not alone in the struggle and some ppl understand.💚🐺💚
Play it it's a good game and makes you feel like you're playing an INFJ, especially the second one.
The neglecting myself so much that I burn out eventually is so me... But everything else is normal for me so.... Yay! Finally once in my life I feel normal!
Thanks Frank! ❤
Btw, I missed these INFJ videos, I love them so much 😊
Omg somewhere I can feel "normal" for once. 😅

1:03 Going outside and touching grass might help too
I use extremes exact excuse about overthinking. I busted out laughing there. Lol
1:44 killed me lmao
Relationships are like ducks 😂I would do that
Yup I would write that 😂
Relationships are like ducks, they waddle in and out of your parameter, usually hungry, occasionally they bite (may cause serious injury or disease), watch out for the shit they leave behind
I was overthinking a moment ago.
Y'know, he's on to something about no.9... theres just something unpredictable and untrustworthy about that one
1:20 and the extreme infj will still find things to complain about even when everyone takes care of him. I once cleaned my infj friend's apartment when she was neglecting herself, and she complained that I was frustrating because I cleaned slowly xD
Frank, are you sure you're not extreme? We've seen your videos on how abstract concepts interact
To think I missed this by one little letter. -INTJ
Count your blessings...although...maybe he'll do your type next. I'd like to see that. Lol
Well, I'm an INFJ, but sometimes I feel like I'm INFP. Lol. They are probably the most relatable type second to INFJ.
@@carlyofearth We are just as messed up but don't care.
What's annoying when you can understand and feel others' emotions but can not comprehend your own.
WTF. - 😮💨

Yes! Thank you- FINALLY someone else calling out 5. Why are you always so annoyed buddy?
Talking about life honestly scares me and wears me out. I cried at my very first roshache test ....my baby cousin had been killed tragically and I suffered from anxiety.its never left me
What's crazy is that I, an INFJ, recently told my therapist that I felt like I needed to go to a forest to scream... so does this make me a normal INFJ or an extreme INFJ?? 🤣
0:54 guys! Now we finally know why seven ate nine !!
Okay but as an INFJ with synesthesia, numbers DO have colours and feelings. But I swear I'm on the normal side!!! 😂
*"Instead of self care, I prefer to neglect myself to the extent that I'm completely burnt out and everyone else has to take care of me."* - Me lol
"Frankly: irrational." Perhaps the title of your memoir, when you.stop overthinking everything long enough to put pen to paper. It's phraseology Millennials - don't get your knickers in a twist (Do you see what I just did there on so many levels...?)
lol
Seriously, How are relationships like ducks? This is really bugging me now!
Definitely sounds like my husband 😅 The burnout one and strangers telling him their life story is very accurate. Thanks for lols, Frank. I’ve been binge watching all your videos to help me get through a tough time at the moment 😢❤

Bahahahha! I am..... both. Yes. Both is good. We're all about listening to other people for hours, hearing life stories, overthinking, feeling everything, giving advice.... and... never taking advice ourselves. Booyah.
😂😂😂😂I have actually said this to my coworker “Have you tried meditating speaking to a therapist “
Okay but why did the understand numbers thing actually make sense ;-;
Okay but why is noone talking about how the numbers' emotions make soo much sense like honestly
I'd love to see a version of this for ENTJ
Serious me vs joke me.
Oh yeah, here are the numbers emotions:
Usually positive: 3,5,7,9
Usually negative: 2,6,8
Usually average feeling: 0,1,4,10
He's right about the over-thinking. It is reckless and irresponsible not to do it. Be on the look-out for everything!
Agree, I feel like this point isn't extreme but just normal for any INxJ. That's how they go through life.
My friend is an INFJ/ First!!
I ain't an infj but I got a friend who is an EXTREME Infj
Can you do INTJ next? Whenever you want to of course, I have an INTJ friend of mine that doesn't really act like a INTJ from the stereotypes, most INTJs you see are seen as smart and stoic. But there can be INTJs that actually don't follow the stereotype. However, I know that she's probably an INTx because of how she's logical when it comes to decision making and avoids people most of the time other than me and a few other friends. It could just be that she's gotten comfortable with me though- (she could be an INTP too idk)
-INFP
Plz do one for normal and extreme infp!!
I love this! Normal vs Extreme of one particular personality type. I will look forward to when you do this for the INTJ too. Thank you.
For me, number 7 smells like golden retriever.
Ooh 7 is my happy number too. I totally understand golden retriever vibes.
I'm a normal INFJ.. but my boyfriend is extremely "extremely INFJ"
specially the "neglect myself, that everyone else has to take care of me"..
It's funny and kinda sad!
Yooo
Normal INFJ: listening to people talk your ears off about all their problems while you mentally check out and start questioning your life choices. Then at the right time, tune back into the conversation like you were listening the whole time. Extreme INFJ: got licensed and can charge people to talk your ears off and have the luxury of saying, “Time’s up.”
Awesome video

Normal INFJ: That's sound so me!😮
Extreme INFJ: That's sound so me!😮
Wait a min - why do I feel I am both?😂
