#1 and #2 remind me of the Rolls Royce hood on an old VW Beetle. Worst I've ever seen was a Lambo door kit on a C3 with a high rise manifold cut through the hood. It never got off the trailer. What those doors do to the body structure is beyond me never mind the cost. He might be wondering why he doesn't have a girlfriend.
Unpopular opinion (maybe?): I personally don't think the C5 conversion body kit doesn't look THAT bad imo. It does look a little weird though. Biggest issue I have with it is, like he said, the costs to actually do the conversion. If it was significantly cheaper to do, I wouldn't be that bothered by it. However, if the costs are ridiculous, just sell the C4 or buy a C5 to keep beside your C4!
A Corviper that was useful actually did exist. The original Viper during its development used a C3 very heavily modified with Viper suspension used as the suspension mule, it was called Felicity which is French for bliss.

sorry for the double post and it's not a mod but would surely have lead to some body work, maybe a nice 2+2 wagon. I just remembered "Learn how to drive in a Corvette". This wasn't racing school or high speed driving, they were beat up early C3's I think with the tiny back window. Imagine some poor kid 5 feet tall trying to parallel park that beast. The insurance alone would have killed the whole idea. Still waiting to see a Dodge Prowler trailer for Corvettes. Carry-on baggage only please!
