    Tonic water: 200 ml

👇 Instructions (Play the video and follow along in real-time):
    1⃣ Prepare the Serving Glass
Add Ice: Place 100 grams of ice cubes into your serving glass.
Pour Tonic Water: Pour 200 ml of tonic water over the ice in the glass. Let it settle for a moment to minimize bubbles before extracting the espresso.
    2⃣ Prepare the Espresso
Grind: Grind 16 grams of coffee to fill a double basket. You can eyeball it, time it, or weigh it.
Distribute: Level the grounds in the portafilter basket with a few horizontal taps.
Tamp: Tamp twice with medium pressure, ensuring it's even.
Brush: Remove any loose grounds from the portafilter edges.
    3⃣ Extract the Espresso
Extract Directly: Place the prepared serving glass with ice and tonic water under the portafilter. Extract the espresso directly into the glass, aiming for 30-40 grams of espresso (about 25-35 seconds).
    4⃣ Watch the Magic
Observe the beautiful visual effect as the espresso slowly diffuses into the tonic water, creating mesmerizing layers of color and texture.
    5⃣ Serve & Enjoy
Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Espresso Tonic. Stir lightly if you prefer a more blended flavor.
    6⃣ Clean Up
Knock out the used coffee grounds.
Rinse the group head and wipe it clean.
