I've just started researching plastic surgery and I am finding that this surgeon is one of only a handful who explains clearly & intelligently what happens when we age. This interview, in particular, gives a very good overview of what is possible, at any age and what won't work later on in life. I love that the surgeon talks about diet and exercise as being essential, he makes this clear in nearly every interview, as well as looking after your skin in the sun. I've learnt that you can't look at your self as one part... you truly do need to look at yourself as a whole, both physically and emotionally.
