Hi there, the glass cutter comes and goes on Amazon. This one is similar. A friend of mine uses this version and has had a lot of success: amzn.to/463ECR5
These are the pads I'm using. Once you've sanded the rim flat, you just put a little cerium oxide on it, add water and let 'er rip. Works well. amzn.to/4cPM3xj

Do you have any tips on cutting the bottle to minimize cracking?
Hi there. My preferred method is the wet saw, like I use in my videos. During the cutting process, I've never had a bottle crack on me. I'm actually going to be uploading a video in the next couple of weeks showing my set up and process. Hopefully that will help some.
