@cuttingcocktails hot water cold water and a Dimond cutter blade then smooth out the edges I'm not trying to be mean by all means just passing along some knowledge or advice
All good. The JW Blue bottles are particularly thick. I don't think the scoring method with hot and cold water would work, but it'd be an interesting experiment. Cheers.

How long did it take you to sand away the big chip? I find it very hard to sand even with 120 grit sandpaper
Maybe an hour. It was a deep chip and the glass was the thickest of any glass I've ever done. I bought a better blade after this video that gave me a much cleaner cut.

Sure. The sticker might eventually come off, but the dishwasher won't hurt the glass at all.
Do you have any tips on cutting the bottle to minimize cracking?
Hi there. My preferred method is the wet saw, like I use in my videos. During the cutting process, I've never had a bottle crack on me. I'm actually going to be uploading a video in the next couple of weeks showing my set up and process. Hopefully that will help some.

This is the method that works for straight smooth edges. Thanks I tried burning string. But it is very uneven and criss cross breaks happen even after scoring with diamond cutter

God, I'd love to do this! Shame the biggest hurdle is cutting the glass. I'm not doing that stupid burning string 'hack' either!
You should definitely give it a try. It's fun. I've never attempted the burning string hack, but I can't imagine it works very well.
