I live in Australia and lobster are unbelievably expensive so I can't do this recipe but I love and try all your other recipes :) also how come they throw females back? Thanks
+mike knite Hi Mike, great question. They throw the female lobsters back to keep the population of lobsters at a sustainable height. The female lobsters will lay eggs which in time will grow into adult lobsters, which then will make the "circle" complete again.
