If I am not overtly mistaken, Scorpions announced their retirement in 2012, and I remember feeling sad about it.. But man, here they are, still rocking.... One of the few legendary bands in the world... Hitler ruined the good name of Germany, and Scorpions restored it...
As a young Jewish rocker this is exactly how I felt growing up. The two extremes of German history. Hitler and Scorpions. I'll stick with Scorpions. They're cool.

I think it's because they knew how American bands were. Once they break up, it's all downhill from there. So I just think that they new to stick together. In order to stay relevant, which is true today.

Amazing, rock you like a hurricane sounds exactly like the comeblack version… even has the 3 guitar layers playing during the intro solo when they only have 2 guitarists 🤔 , doesn’t fill me with confidence unfortunately, they are legends but I do wonder what their actual performance sounded like instead of the overdub?
Good old Scorps! Only saw them live once, at Knebworth, 1985, but they were great, and still are. Wind of Change was very moving in that setting. For every fool in metal / hard rock (viz Ozzy Osbourne), there are five good people to make up for it. Bravo!
