Needed this video! I got the entire kit during Black Friday & haven’t had the time to figure out how to use them all. Purchased the kit specifically for the Hip hook but haven’t used it yet. Also got a free ball.
Awesome review. Have you tried using the Nuckle on the lower trapezius muscle as well as your rear deltoids by any chance? It looks like the Nuckle could help in those areas.
While I have not made a video on it, I do own a pso rite and would not compare the two. You can’t target the psoas with this in the way you can with the pso rite
Looking at it, it doesn't seem worth $100 as it doesn't necessarily look any better than any of the other tools... I'm afraid I'll buy it and then it'll be sitting around like my lacrosse ball theracane and other like tools that don't really seem to have an affect anymore.
Don't just buy it, use it! I use my lacrosse ball every day and look forward to my ordered Nuckle. I trust in this because the Hip Hook from the same PT is an absolute game changer to me.

@ yes I’ve been watching it for two months. I returned the Mark because I thought $200 was too high for what it is so hoped to get it cheaper for Black Friday. They had the set with all of the items for $290. Now they say it’s 25% off for $285 for Black Friday.

Mine did NOT come with instructions just a QRL code to a website that I found hard to understand. hence me now searching RUclips for videos.
