I just got a nuckle! How many times should I work on the pec minor and base of skull before moving onto the upper traps which are like tight tension balls at all times for me?

The most important thing we are trying to share in this video is understanding how tightness in the pec minor and suboccipital muscles can create tightness in the upper trap. By only addressing the upper trap, you'd be focusing solely on the symptoms. By addressing all of it together, you are making sure to target other muscles that may be part of the root cause.
