Nice!!! I love this idea!
Thank you! 😊 They are still doing well even though I filmed this video around 3 months ago. Karen
I have Bombay inks to try this. I like the idea of it being permanent.
Yes those will be permanent for sure...remember you can mix them to make designer colors. K
Wow, thanks Karen. That's good to know. 💜💜💜✌✌Sherry. Ya'll take care
You too! Karen
Considering that water can break acrylics adhesion, you might want to consider using liquitex's airbrush medium as your primary diluting liquid. Using only very little water to further dilute as some pigments are heavier than others. So far my sprays, a mix of liquitex ink and soft body (depending on colour) have lasted (and not clogged) over 6 months.
Great suggestion . If I find I use these sprays I will definitely spend more money on it. So far though for how I am using it....this is working. I think it also it matters if you are using higher quality paint from the start....less fillers, more pigment. Karen
@Jeanne Coelho Yes. Over time the paint can flake off because the alcohol breaks up the binder apparently.
You said the liquid ink is not working out. Could you talk about HOW they are not working? Ever so often, I get the urge to purchase some.
These are great products...work great for drippage....and other things...Many people use them. When deciding to buy look for videos of people using it....then you will know if it's something that fits your style. Its more a matter of my art style....I love the sprays...they have not clogged and it's been several months now since I made the video.
