Frankly a CV for a fresher and for a lateral hire are two different ball games. And slowly we are entering an era where a CV is mostly seen as a overhead. So it’s important to focus on how a CV is perceived by the hiring authority. (For the purpose it’s being compiled)

Out of the points shared in the video, the ones that'll be of most significance to you will be internships and niche building (could be done via courses or hobbies or simply reading up about a topic you like).
@@Shweta-Arora maam can you please make video specifically for gap year students, because it is a big risk for our career & there are lot of self doubts comes with it & after taking gap year it feels frustrating if we don't do daily targets & we are not earning money & depending again on parents after graduation adds on more depression, so please Can make video on how to plan studies , time management & to utilize time without guilt , & if possible then should we take part in different activities & internship etc or to just focus on our studies

Can a fresher Convert IIM A,B,C with no extra curricular but 90%above in 10&12th and ofcourse 99+ in cat but with no extracurriculars or not done anything mentioned in the video??
It is possible - if the interviewers find your personality to be a value-add, then surely. Not all of my batchmates had ECs, but during placements these things count, so making a balanced CV should be of help.

I do prepare a script to keep the points crisp. The video you see is a 10 min edited version, the original video is 20-25 mins with lots of repeated tries at speaking the point fluently. It's edited to ensure it looks like one video.

You mentioned that we can state participation in case study competitions under our co-curricular achievements and then while explaining extra-curriculars, you stated that participation in events organised by clubs and societies can be mentioned there. So where exactly should we include it in order to make a better impact or should we add it to the bucket having lesser points depending upon our cv?

From summers point of view, only work-ex/internships can add value. If you have slight bit idea on which field you'd want to get into, you could prepare for the same (e.g. finance based courses like NCFM or digital marketing courses).

Hi Shweta. I was preparing for CAT. Just started. I have one major doubt. After 7-8 years of job experience in finance sector it is worth doing MBA full time. I wanted to add more degree to enhance my job profile. I have heard about executive MBA but will I be at a disadvantage from regular MBA. ? If you could throw some light on this. It will be of great help. I cannot afford executive MBA I am barely able to gather money on my own for Full time MBA.

You can mention it in your CV. When asked for proof at a Bschool, you'll have to get it on the letterhead of your school. Your principal will do it for you.
