I know a person , who works for bajaj, he is from IIM A , he told me he gets 2 lakhs every month for just doing 2 - 3hrs (most days) of work every day. That too he lives in a tier 3 city, which has less expenses. He was actually very happy, for his job.
Whenever I watch you I just want to be like u .. as I'm shy , not so confident type of person nd never got exposures to speak or present myself infront of PPL ... I just wish that one day I could talk like you confidently.

I’m currently working in Tcs with work ex of approx 3.7 yrs and wish to pursue mba. Should I go for 2 year general mba or opt for executive mba as I want to shift my profile and work from IT to product based company with management role. Also, since Tata has this policy that once you leave company they won’t recruit you again, so will it be applicable on all Tata organisations or specific to Tcs? If yes then should I take sabbatical and complete my degree so that once I join back I will have better role? Hope you read this and provide some advice. Thanks! :)
Hey Mansi, thanks so much 🙌 I am not aware of TATA's policy on rehiring but ai certainly feel a general MBA will be much more suited to your profile. Ex MBA is for a much higher work-ex and is an extremely fast paced course.

Is it worth it or should I go for technical IT sector at this age? b. will my profile get top IIMs if I get 99%le (not sure of it, thats why I am little skeptical of preparing CAT) pls reply..
Ma'am I am the kind of person who does like any field in particular. I have only worked in the intellectual property field for 2 years and lost interest in that too. Was really confus d about which field i should pursue. I think this is something i can go for. But my resume doesn't have anything good in it. I regret that didn't participate in any competition or didn't give any Olympiad. I am afraid i wont even get a good MBA college.

Didi i watched a video from iim guy channel he said that even after mba from IIM Abc in hand salary is in range 70,000 to 1 lakh , further he said ₹30,000 are deducted from salary for 8 years as education loan emi .. so only 40-50 thousand in hand, then whats the point of paying such high iim fee if its going to give so much problems , i don’t know his video confused me .. and he said that doesn’t matter its iim in hand salary is low.. his video demotivated me alot and left me confused what to decide as dream college now ?? @@Hustler982 Nope Brother...I have been working in government job for more than 5 Years .There is no fixed work hours at Government job .It differs from office to Office .Some offices have 10am-5:30pm .Some From 9:30am-6:30pm ...It differs on whether you are posted at a higher office like a commissionerate (Till 8pm) or at a rural outpost(Till 5:30pm.But,higher work & skill are "rewarded" with more work ,not more pay.The pay will be enough when you are a bachelor only.But, once you start a family,you are down to pay check to paycheck. Salary & increments often don't even beat inflation.Only option is to marry a working government spouse 😢.Good luck finding one,with the rate they are hiring now.

That's why I am choosing gov. Jobs go office at 10-10.5 am and leave at 5 pm but if you want money then you have to make your other income sources also
@@Hustler982 Nope Brother...I have been working in government job for more than 5 Years .There is no fixed work hours at Government job .It differs from office to Office .Some offices have 10am-5:30pm .Some From 9:30am-6:30pm ...It differs on whether you are posted at a higher office like a commissionerate (Till 8pm) or at a rural outpost(Till 5:30pm.But,higher work & skill are "rewarded" with more work ,not more pay.The pay will be enough when you are a bachelor only.But, once you start a family,you are down to pay check to paycheck. Salary & increments often don't even beat inflation.Only option is to marry a working government spouse 😢.Good luck finding one,with the rate they are hiring now.
