I’m currently working in Tcs with work ex of approx 3.7 yrs and wish to pursue mba. Should I go for 2 year general mba or opt for executive mba as I want to shift my profile and work from IT to product based company with management role. Also, since Tata has this policy that once you leave company they won’t recruit you again, so will it be applicable on all Tata organisations or specific to Tcs? If yes then should I take sabbatical and complete my degree so that once I join back I will have better role? Hope you read this and provide some advice. Thanks! :)

Hons. from SRCC and have also cleared CA Intermediate Group 1 in May and will be planning to give Group 2 in Nov On similar hands, I also have a doubt in mind for doing MBA from IIMs What would you advise me on this front Whether I should first complete my CA and then look for MBA or just like my fellow mates at SRCC .... just after graduation I should go for MBA? I have made my mind to pursue MBA in future but I need your advice on when should I go for it i.e. after completing CA first or just after graduation? Didi i watched a video from iim guy channel he said that even after mba from IIM Abc in hand salary is in range 70,000 to 1 lakh , further he said ₹30,000 are deducted from salary for 8 years as education loan emi .. so only 40-50 thousand in hand, then whats the point of paying such high iim fee if its going to give so much problems , i don’t know his video confused me .. and he said that doesn’t matter its iim in hand salary is low.. his video demotivated me alot and left me confused what to decide as dream college now ?? I need your honest advice on some issue
I am currently pursuing B.Com. Hons. from SRCC and have also cleared CA Intermediate Group 1 in May and will be planning to give Group 2 in Nov
On similar hands, I also have a doubt in mind for doing MBA from IIMs
What would you advise me on this front
Whether I should first complete my CA and then look for MBA or just like my fellow mates at SRCC .... just after graduation I should go for MBA?
I have made my mind to pursue MBA in future but I need your advice on when should I go for it i.e. after completing CA first or just after graduation?
(Pls keep in mind the 3 years that would be taken up by CA, which has very less relevance in the job profile I would be getting after MBA)
CA's have technical skills and MBAs have presentation skills, that's the conventional thought process
Nowdays, I don't even think MBA lacks in any as the profile they will be working on be it consulting, IB, finance they have relevant knowledge of it. And that's the reason they are being hired for hefty 30LPA.
So, what's your genuine suggestions if u would have to make a choice

If you have a dream to become ca do it and then do mba, and if you have some financial problems in your house or your parents pressuring you to get a job then do mba as fast as possible neither do ca then mba

Didi i watched a video from iim guy channel he said that even after mba from IIM Abc in hand salary is in range 70,000 to 1 lakh , further he said ₹30,000 are deducted from salary for 8 years as education loan emi .. so only 40-50 thousand in hand, then whats the point of paying such high iim fee if its going to give so much problems , i don’t know his video confused me .. and he said that doesn’t matter its iim in hand salary is low.. his video demotivated me alot and left me confused what to decide as dream college now ??
