TNA was a great promotion from 2006 to 2014 with Kurt Angle,Rob Van Dam,Austin Aries,Jeff Hardy and Sting.
How is this Paul guy such a smooth talker, like comes up with super quick and funny transitions, smooth as butter.
6:53 Jerry Lynn was not in ECW yet when Kurt attend that 1996 ECW Arena card. Van Dam teamed with Sabu against Doug Furnas and Phil LaFon at the show Kurt attended.
Iirc Jerry was in WCW as JL at the time

Rob Van Dam could have been The GOAT if he wasnt so misunderstood. The punishment he received for being caught with weed in 2006 far exceeded the crime. I get taking the title off him and he should have been suspended 30 days but to then just drop him out of the main event scene altogether over it was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention in 2002 when he legitimately was the most over wrestler in the world at that point. He was a crowd pleaser to the highest level. Crowd pleasers are the guys you push to the top. Mr. PPV vs Mr. WrestleMania wrote itself ridiculous that match didnt happen at a Mania. Should have been World Champion multiple times over

That first match, I didn't really hear the "you suck" chant during Kurt's music. Must have been before it took off.
Only thing I disagree with Kurt on. He said HBK was more athletic than RVD. RVD was in his own league and definitely more athletic than HBK. No question. Like it's not even close.

RVD was so hot at this time, I feel Vince missed a golden opportunity on giving him a short WWE title run during the Invasion angle.
I watched a tag match between RVD and Ric Flair vs the Undertaker and Brock Lesnar. Good match. The crowd wanted RVD more than anybody.
