By 2000, Booker T was one of the few reasons I continued to watch WCW. Russo had made Nitro practically unmatchable for me by then. But, Booker was too good to ignore and I was so happy he got the Big Gold belt then.
Just remember chico, Russo is the only reason Booker won the belt.

I don't watch WWE anymore but I have such great memories of Booker's time in WWE. He was exactly what the WWE needed when he came in.

Booker should have won that Mania 19 match. Hunter was in his beat everybody phase, which was his whole career basically. Beat everybody and never drew a dime.

My favorite matches involving the Heat were always against The Steiners. Hard physical athletic wrestling. I liked Heats match with Outsiders too but, they didn't work with each other as often unfortunately.

I really can’t stand this new generation of “talent”…they have insane access to legends but refuse to hear any wisdom. It’s a damn shame and no wonder why wrestling sucks now, and I’m talking all promotions not just wwe. So grateful for these podcasts to relive the glory days because u can’t pay me to watch the nonsense on tv.
