Dai i had my interview on February 6 and got my visa for the August intake, with classes starting on August 19. Though I stated August 10 as my intended arrival date in my DS-160, can I travel before that without issues at the port of entry? Also, can I pay my tuition fees for six months and then come to the US? Can I stay on campus, and do I pay on-campus or off-campus?

You can Travel anytime after July 20.
You can arrive only within 30 days of your orientation.
