- [UPDATE 5.3.16: RUclips has removed my sarcastic/FUNNY video annotations, but YES, the case was dropped once this video was shown to the Orange County. Asst. D.A. There were NEVER any drugs to begin with & if they're were I'm sure the K9's nose would've been ALOT better than these 2 dirty cop's noses. Also, I was instructed by my Atty. that with the Judges & Cops in that town; a Civil suit would've been a waste of time. I support cops as we need them/but loathe biased thugs hiding behind badges.]
POLICE ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT & SERVE - NOT - PLANT EVIDENCE & POLICE PROFILE. This is personal to me/I’ll tell you why. In June, 04 I was illegally stopped while birddogging RE properties with a white female Co-worker (Driver & Car Owner) in a VERY rural part of VA [Orange County]. We were followed by an unmarked car so we voluntarily pulled over to allow him to pass. We were detained, searched for weapons & drugs and when that turned up nothing & instead of being allowed to drive away - 4 cruisers pulled up with a the K-9 dog and they proceeded to walk the dog inside & out. RESULT- That turned up nothing.
So 2 cops ripped the car apart, looking for God knows what on the side of a country road for 1.5hrs and 5 other cops on standby in tactical gear. Picture 1 cop working the driver’s side & the other on the passenger side. After ripping through the car, the passenger side cop (Jr. officer) walks away and leaves his superior to finish. After finding NOTHING; the superior officer walks back to his squad car, the Jr. officer steps over to him, mumbles under his breath & the Superior officer bolts to the passenger side floorboard (my seat) and miraculously finds a morsel of marijuana. Something the dog & the other cop didn’t detect. He puts it in a tester, claims it to be Marijuana and that b/c it was found on MY side of the car-says ‘he’s giving me a citation for possession’. Why not arrest me -BECAUSE apparently the quantity was so small.
WEIRD - So ask yourself, how is it a passenger with No marijuana (furthermore - 2 Non users), get pulled over for tinted windows (ONLY after I questioned the stop, the officer replied, give me your I.D. -UNFORTUNATELY for them I had NO warrants etc.), has a K-9 dog & 2 cops search the car with NO results UNTIL 1 officer does something blatantly illegal
WEIRDER - So ask yourself, how is it the officer on the driver’s side of the car, magically finds marijuana a dog couldn’t discover?
WEIRDEST - After paying $1500 to a lawyer, the VA Prosecutor dropped the charges knowing there was a video. BUT NOW, I’M SADDLED WITH EXPUNGING THIS RIDICULOUS CHARGE FROM MY RECORD-ANOTHER FEE, and get this - Since Virginia is a Commonwealth, they reserve the right to DENY my request!
Ps: And take a guess why the driver & car owner wasn't also charged.....Hmm...Think really hard! So I guess June 25th was my day to get a drug arrest record, BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!
Pss: The Jr. cop (whom I believe planted the so-called Marijuana) even asked to see the vid -I suppose he wanted to see IF he was caught on tape & YES, it’s all on video. HAHA, these guys really think they’re cowboys.

Chicken HeaD yeah and the officer who searched that spot 3 times went to the back seat then searched that spot again didn't go get the kit cause he did wanna be the one with his name on the case for planting drugs the officer that was no where near that side went to go get a kit and went right to the spot he didn't search that was searched 4 times and finds something no problem and on top of that where is the evidence all they showed was a test which are horribly in accurate it was just the officers pissed they pulled over a black man in a nice car with mods done to it and wasted 3 other squad cars time that they needed to be compensated for it by giving him a ticket and fucking up his record

For anyone who doesn't see what happened, at 10:20 the cop searching the passenger side was the one to plant the weed. It's made obvious when the cop searching the trunk gets done, goes straight to his testing kit, and then back to the passenger seat where the other cop was and he just so happens to not only find the weed that the first cop 'missed' but also has his kit already in hand as if he knew he would find something in that exact spot in the car.

I live in Virginia and this is how I got a DUI when I was 20 years old more than 14 years ago I swear to miss a deer and ran off the road walk back to my house which always lived a block away from the call the police they insisted that I was trying to leave the scene of a crime and when I got back there they had stashed a dirty Budweiser can with gravel in it and dirt on the outside of it under my seat in which I just cleaned and vacuum my car out so you can see the dirt Trail when I told the judge in court he said that he believed me but he had to go with the word of the officer even though he had suspicions of the officer's actions now that police had been removed from the police force but they never removed my DUI for my record which I did not have + but they never removed my DUI for my record in which I passed all field sobriety test and breathalyzer at the police station the cop even tried to lie and say I didn't blow hard enough in the machine when I blew three times and got triple zeros each time at the police station

If you're a parent, this is what you should do, in my OPINION: Tell them cops are there for finding people who break laws. Cops go around all day looking for laws that are broken. They are not your friends.
If there is an emergency, like a 'stranger' who is following you (following a kid) then your kids need to find the closest adult. Find a parent (an adult with kids in tow) is the safest bet. Getting a cop to help is safe. Of course, cops will help kids if there is an emergency.
But, don't let your kids think the cops are their friends. And as your kids get a bit older, and "stranger danger" (risk of being kidnapped) evolves to being safe online, they need to know that a cop is looking to get people caught for broken laws.
I tell all my kids that everyday always film the police they're all corrupt they want your life

The cop that planted the dope and the one who tested it both should be charged with possession on top of everything else. And have a mandatory sentence. The police should be held to a higher standard when it comes to the law. Like in the military, you get in trouble for something, your sentence is a lot harsher than being a civilian. Same should go for the police.
the reason i believe that will not happen is because if that happen, people will stop being a police officer and amount of law enforcement of police officer will reduce. Their salary is also not that great as well, average salary for police officer is 45k Annually but after taxes 38k. so.....

My original comment was making fun of the fact it’s all caught on video, yet the officers attempt to make it seem as if it happens in real time. There is an obvious plant here.
The first officer does indeed come up empty handed. He is searching a very specific spot where the drug just happened to be found, and leaves empty. Never are they informed that drugs have been found until AFTER the other officer finds the drugs by a miracle form the heavens.
They aren’t even given the chance to explain the substance. Such as, “hey what’s this white substance?” Which is custom in law enforcement. The reason for this is that it was planted first, then “found” by the baby blue police officer, who for some reason does the drug test inside the car, which is the most fishy thing I have ever seen.
This is an open and shut dismissal.
Keep practicing. Notice how conveniently the officers conversation wasn't recorded? Instead conjecture was in place of. What most likely was said is "there is a substance under the seat,do you want to take this?" or something to that fact. Nothing on the recording shows actual placement of anything. Which by law,law student,would be necessary. Not wanting to waste departmental time and resources on some crafty douche bag's allegations does not equate an actual police officer carried around,had in possession,drugs,in order to find someone to place it on. Thats why I have a dashcam installed inside my rear view mirror and yes its heavily modified no one can tell made look like on star light but with camera. I got 4 dismissed case because of that! 2 got fired and one got demoted and I dont kbow about the other one. The best part is that the look on there face in court when I told them I have a video. Whatever you guys stop dash cam is the best weapon or video them like this guy did.

Searching for narcotics is actually going through back trunk, glove compartment, under seats, dash and cup holders. They're spending to much time searching under seats is a sign of corruption. It's either there or not.

In December 9, 2006 I got pulled over in Russell county in Lebanon Virginia. The idiot deputy who pulled me over for no reason and asked me permission to search my van without any probable cause. I had nothing to hide so I allowed the search. In matter of minutes the entire fleet of deputies were on the scene. While Fred Flinstone searched my car, I was right there by him. He kept on looking in the same area, his fake smile told me that he was up to no good, but I didn't give him the chance to be alone in my vehicle. His superior ordered him to let me go. The following week I filed a complaint against that deputy. I received a phone call from The mayor of Lebanon, and he apology for the unnecessary inccident. That Deputy look like he just came out a comic book.

If you get caught planting evidence, it should be an automatic 20 year sentence so that behavior can be deterred.
When a K9 officer takes a walk around the car "he" is the only one who knows if the dog actually gives a signal or not, if the K9 doesn't signal he can say that the dog did, because no one else would know what that dogs signal actually is.
No police officer should have access to the evidence room.

Ive had a cop plant drugs in my backpack before and I watched him do it. When I went to court I asked the judge if we could watch the chest cam video he dismissed the case and the charge I had was dropped and removed from my record. A few days ago that same cop almost ran me over when I was crossing the road on my bike and i had the walk signal. He didn't have his lights on or anything. This happened in Olney, IL. The cops there have been investigated 4 times by the feds

Where is the evidence they planted anything??? It did take a long time to test. But just cause the test showed positive don't mean it was planted. Maybe dude had shake in floorboards an test showed up. I still don't see where the cops planting evidence.
