Can you recommend other podcasts or videos that you talked about that can be helpful? I really enjoy your videos! And I especially like how you stress the importance of doing it Gods way! Thank you!
Thank you. In the past I binge watched Dr. Axe. I am really enjoying Dr. Ben Edwards (you’re the cure) and some of Dr. Patrick Flynn’s podcasts. Downshiftology has 4 videos on seasonal prep. I have done three of them and love the food. Pickuplimes has beautiful, fun food, even though I am not vegan. When I got serious about working out, I started with Bailey Brown’s 5 minute workouts because it helped me get consistent.
yes! I’m from Matthews NC, just outside of Charlotte. I’m so fascinated with nutrition because I healed naturally from mold toxicity and Lyme disease. It took sickness to teach me about the importance of taking real care of my body. Now nutrition and health are my hobbies. Like you mentioned in the video, I use podcasts and RUclips to stay motivated. I love that you are realistic and love people more than an ideal eating plan. It took me a long time to be able to enjoy traveling again bc I was so afraid of ingesting seed oils. Thankful that God gave me a body that can heal and is resilient!
I would live to see a day of eating as well. Curious what your thoughts are on protein? I always focus on hitting protein goals, however those big salads look fresh and delicious!
My main focus is on nutrients. What I have discovered is when nutrients are the main goal, everything else falls into place. My salads usually have multiple sources of protein like cheese, nuts and seeds, hemp seeds, chicken, and sometimes eggs. Not only did this salad have pine nuts, but it also had parmesan cheese and pepitas, I think I forgot to mention. What I see all the time is women focusing so much on protein, that they forget all about the importance of fiber, enzymes, antioxidants, etc. Sorry for the lengthy response, but it doesn’t go well for those women and they can’t understand why they don’t feel amazing.
Wow - I loved this "talk"! Loved this from a biblical perspective. Love your testimony of exercise and our body being able to move! Praise God
Thank you. 😊

I just messaged you on Instagram… I think. 😂
Enjoyed the video. Would love to see grocery hauls, what you eat in a day.
I will do more of those. Thanks so much for your input.😊

@ thank you! I appreciate the lengthy response! Have a wonderful evening! I think I need to make a nutrient cheat sheet to get in the habit of this!
