    Don't be hard on yourself. Nobody journey is perfect. Don't weight yourself every day. That will make U feel like u are failing. Weigh yourself one day a week on the same day. I chose Thursday because I'm at my worst on the weekend and it gives me time to hopefully work it out before I weigh in. Wishing u well
