    Ford man here for life been there done that with the shocker turrets those squeaky bushings in the upper control arms. The dirt buildup comes down to keeping the general maintenance as you know amazed how these cars take the horsepower with the crossmember set up even in the XD-XE series anyway enjoying your videos i have faith in you it will work out.

    Instead of seam welding you are better of stitch welding.
    The problem with seam welding is if you develop a crack it will continue across the whole weld where as with stitch welding the crack will stop at the end of the weld instead of continuing to next weld.
    And with your welding may i suggest to increase your amps a little more to make for a cleaner weld.
