By subtracting where it isn’t from where it is or where it is from where it isn’t, whichever is greater, it obtains a difference or deviation. The guidance subsystem uses deviations to guide the missile along its predicted path.

Yeah. I went through a lot of rial and error to get them to work properly properly. But once right I just give the yaw and pitch to each channel and it works.
Very good. But one problem (I'm about a V2 and a bigger rocket) they are easy to shoot down, I don't know myself if I can advise you max to do. These are maneuvers, when the missile does not reach the target, but has a missile on the radar, then it begins maneuvers to evade the enemy, and when there are about 500 seconds left, it is aimed at the target. Maybe you can correct me if I'm wrong
Could you make a modular 1, in a different way, let’s say there is this giant 5x5 ballistic missile in a silo, and I want to input the gps coordinates via my aircraft by typing it in, the launch the missile to hit that area, I just want to relive ace combat zero

Just send the coordinates and fire command through a radio signal. The game might not load everything in however.
