Almost $500k for a 2 bedroom home in an area with no jobs that would support that price, on land that isn't good for farming and not large enough to run the number of cattle you would need to run to make the mortage payment. I've read that billionaires, private equity companies, and Californians are buying up land all over Missouri and the rest of the country. I guess that's who the landowner is hoping to sell to because he sure isn't targeting a resident of Missouri.

We been looking in Mo from Oklahoma for two years but the houses all need remodeling for a lot why is that ? Just want 10 ac with a houses to do a small farm we are older but want peace and quiet

This looks like the farm of a YTber I use to watch. He was a retired law enforcement office and he and his family did farming YT video's. I could be wrong but this sure looks like the same farm. I would love this place but it is above my pay grade.
Nice carpentry work but the electrical work leaves me flat? Bare wiring everywhere, not tidied up and put in conduit pipe. Sort of looks unfinished. About 100k overpriced.
