Alabama just passed HB 182. Allows homeowners to have an individual removed by law enforcement from their property after 24 hours if they provide a sworn affidavit.
We do have homeless people living in the woods here and traffic is getting really horrible the schools are overloaded houses built on top of each other it's a great place to live but things are changing faster than we can keep up hardly any farmland left !! It's sad!!!
