I was hesitant about using butter because every time I make a butter based cake they end up being dry and hard while oil based cakes are soft and moist, but this one was SO soft and moist despite the butter! I think it might be the technique she used, though I did replace some of the butter with oil (I used 70g of butter and completed the 80g with a little bit of sunflower oil). Anyway, whatever it was, it came out so good that I'm definitely trying it again.

Does anyone know what the type of zester Boone Bake wears on her hand to use is called? 3:03 - 3:12 shows her using it. It collects the zest inside and then she just opens it up and dumps or scoops out the collected zest with no mess. I would love to find one like that. I have looked on Amazon but could not find one like hers. Has anyone in the US seen one like that in the stores? I really want one like that. Any advice from viewers who might have bought one or knows who sells them in the US or would ship to the US? Thanks in advance!
