  • WILD MAN KUNG FU Part 5 | WRESTLING | The Simplest Martial Art Ever! This is the fifth in a seven part series in which I am sharing my simple approach to martial arts. This is based on body efficiency rather than any particular forms or techniques. The most efficient stance for your body is the Neutral Stance and the most efficient way of generating movements and power comes from twisting and counter-twisting the spine. This video talks about wrestling and how to generate force between the hips and shoulders using isometric tension in the spine. This martial art is designed to be simple and universal. It is based on the idea of the Wild Man being naturally in tune with their body and how to use it. We have to feel this body dynamics and get used to keeping a neutral spine for maximum efficiency. That is more power and speed with less effort.

    I've been thinking for so long of a series of exercises like this that activates all the muscles.
    Recovering ACL & PCL reconstruction 1y post op and trying different things to get my mobility to the next level. People look at me funny when I do these stretches, but they don't feel what I feel where the muscles are not working and only with 100% focus on each fibre gives me the ability to be the best human 2.0 I can be. This biomech suit needs to be optimized🦾

      Hey its great to hear from a likeminded person! Yes exactly! Optimisation is in minute adjustments of the bone structure and developing ultimate control of each joint as well as the whole spine. Then you can use this for whatever activity you want! And yes!       @@bodyefficiencytraining I even do these types of body mobility - I call it functional yoga -, in daily life example when pushing a lawn mower away from you & pulling it back in, lunging forward and back.
      My body feels like it has a layer of rust that slowly breaks away as my body becomes more mobile, sending energy (like oil) to the where the body needs it to become flexible and elastic again.
