COMMON LAW VS LEGISLATION | Natural Law Part 2
Part 2 of my lecture series on Natural Law. Here I talk about common law in its truest sense - for all of us - and how legislation or the legal system actually goes against this. This lecture series is a new perspective on Law and how we can step outside the matrix and move towards freedom and self-sovereignity.

    Natural law is simply what people who lack power want the law to be so the obligations of society don't apply to them. If you don't want to obey the law then establish your own settlement and do as you please.

    • @bodyefficiencytraining
      @bodyefficiencytraining 9 часов назад

      @PaulS-h8n Yes, I do understand your sentiments, and initially this seems like a getout clause for people to break the law. Following the natural law actually makes you more responsible for society, not less. The thing is we show too much loyalty to the existing system that it does not deserve. You believe it is your system because the majority follow it, and because I don't subscribe I should be the one to get lost. the existing system has created all the war and crime! yet people believe we need it to prevent crime! It will take some deep philisophical thinking to realise this. I do hope you stay tuned to the next 2 lectures as I will be explaining more in detail - in particular the financial system. And I am offering the technology for a better system! And indeed the system as it is makes it virtually impossible to establish "my own settlement" and do as I please. So this proves it is not a free system.

    • @bodyefficiencytraining
      @bodyefficiencytraining 6 дней назад

      @gingertom2009 Yes, I do understand this of course. But there is some serious fraud going on by the banks and the way mortgages work. When you sign a mortgage you are essentially creating the credit yourself, the banks then take your credit and "lend" it back to you with interest. The financial system and the legal system work together against the masses and because we don't understand how it works, many of us loose out unfairly. If you are interested to learn more about this (there is a lot of serious legal knowledge about this) please to check out an expert talking about it here: ruclips.net/video/4XKBSf4qghI/видео.html

    Hello Toby. Thank you for another effective video session, which I did for the first time this morning. Your 9 principles of body efficiency training part 7 is immediately one of my favourite videos as well as your precise tendon developing video "...wild horses pulling..." For me they express the Yin and the Yang of your Body Efficiency series, as they reveal a hard aspect and a softer aspect of energy work in our bodies. While I may not be describing it totally correctly, that is how I interpret those two dissimilar sessions.

    • @bodyefficiencytraining
      @bodyefficiencytraining 15 дней назад

      @winstonmiller9649 Thanks again Winston! Glad you enjoyed it and yes, you are correct - Yin and Yang - The soft, relaxed fluid flow and the hard, controlled, isometric tension of structure. Between these two things we can create a very efficient body dynamic!

    This video inspired me to go back and do siu lim tao. Wing Chun forms work the hydraulic system. That was the big insight that I got from Wing Chun it's all about the joints. It's all about the human hydraulic system look how powerful on excavator is. The hydraulic insight of wing Chun led me to dance and bilateral track and field skills. I have a physical job that involves plenty of lifting and carrying and balancing in order to unscrew something or screw something in. It is much less of a struggle than it would have been if I didn't have functional fitness.

    • @bodyefficiencytraining
      @bodyefficiencytraining Месяц назад

      @Rob1066 Yes, wing chun is a good example of this, also chow gar praying mantis... and Yi chuan... but I have a universal way of explaining it (i hope). Simply an unknown dynamic function that we have in the body that is worth trying to master! Nobody realises this is even possible! And I also work in a studio doing physical things and this training keeps me loose and balanced otherwise would be getting RSI etc.. Thanks again for all the great feedback!!

    Let me know if you have a theory do we have a resonant frequency and we should do these movements in that frequency? We can perhaps find our own resonant frequency? And perhaps when we have to move faster like to punch we do a multiple of that frequency.

    • @bodyefficiencytraining
      @bodyefficiencytraining Месяц назад

      @Rob1066 Great question! Yes, we do, but we can also control our frequency. Choose whatever we like. This is more about coherence - integrating mind and body together then moving with this feeling... You are already skipping ahead to the next principles!! I will be talking about this very soon! Also the dimensions of the body will determine the speed or frequency of the wave - whip flow through the limbs. Again you just have to experiment and find what works..🙏

    Pushing your fist into the wall is an exercise depicted in Jack Dempsey's book championship boxing. He doesn't have you spiral the fist but that is a good idea I agree. I don't grind my fist into the wall because that would hurt I push off and twist and then make contact with the wall again. You can also do this with a exercise band anchor to the wall at neck height. Push into the band with your fist away from the anchor. In such a case it is much easier to twist because you're not crunched up against something.

    • @bodyefficiencytraining
      @bodyefficiencytraining Месяц назад

      @Rob1066 Great info again! Yes I do this with weight machines also, like the elastic band. Coming in the next videos... Spiralling the fist down to the fingers is to activate all the tendons along the forearm. And yes I bounce off the wall also!

    I practice internal martial arts and we dont tuck the pelvis so much as allow it to sink and lengthen the spine slightly. Although I agree that a curved spine provides more mobility in terms of spinal twisting, it comes at the cost of hip mobility due to the tension created by the curve. A straight spine (with very slight curves) provides a sturdy flagpole like structure that can freely rotate from the groin and bear heavier loads with the hips and glutes which are where all movements originate in the intenral arts. Big fan of your work though!

    • @bodyefficiencytraining
      @bodyefficiencytraining Месяц назад

      @animus3312 Thats great! if your style allows a slight backwards arch. But there should not be any extra tension in the lumbar - so not too much of an arch, just the right amount. I have spent many years training different traditional styles of kung fu, tai chi, qi gong etc.. all with slightly different spine/pelvis positions. I have now worked this system out. it is different to all of them. I am trying to find the most relaxed natural position of the body. it is more like a dancer - a ballerina doing kung fu. Most traditional styles won't like this, but I have found that this is most efficient. I am actually creating a slight elastic bow with the back arch, and lifting of ribcage and tilting the sternum slightly upwards. this is then counter balanced by pulling in the belly and obliques to create an isometric tension up the neutral spine. You can see this strong backward arch in very healthy young children sometimes. I used to practice straightening the spine also - but this is still a stretched-out position. The whole idea of the neutral spine is to reduce tension not increase it. (the isometric tension should only be applied once the position is correct - otherwise you can injure yourself). hope this made sense! Thanks for your really great information and feedback 🙏

    Hello Toby. Thanks for your very interesting spotlight on Sam Langford. Being tangential for a little. I find it fascinating when a instructor shows humility by seeing the value of expanding on a suggestion, for want of a better word; student. Coming as I do from the learning philosophies of, having nothing to offer, be seen not heard; all those post Victorian repressive attitudes. What I'm saying is it it's great when the instructor or teacher figure will consider and expand on, as it were student's, subscriber's suggestion. Inspiring!😊❤😅

    • @bodyefficiencytraining
      @bodyefficiencytraining Месяц назад

      @winstonmiller9649 Thanks Winston! Yes we have all got to learn together! And indeed let go of the repressive, political teaching methods (and school indoctrinations!) Also the secret to always improving is to always keep starting again from the very beginning! Re-assessing yourself and re-aligning yourself over and over. For example I notice that doing a particular exercise for a while I can "switch off" when doing it and think that I now "know" how to do it and just repeat it as I did last time. Now I am no longer improving just repeating. So I have to wake myself up and re-start the exercise as if it was the first time doing it. Its not so much the exercise or routines that you do it is the awareness of your body and the continual improvement of your alignment. We are all in exactly the same boat with this - teacher and student!

    When I was a kid I flicked my finger like that all the time. So I go to a sports Hall with my wife on weekends and there's a basketball court. I do RUclips drills for basketball I don't play with anybody else but I just trained solo, stuff like throwing the ball under me and catching it on the other side. That is very difficult that is a very good nervous system exercise! I'm right-handed so I practice shooting baskets left-handed a lot. It gives my left side a full a somewhat explosive push movement and my wrist rolls back in the ball rolls off my fingers. When I practice left-handed for a while I'll go right handed and I'll get that first basket. After that maybe or maybe not, but left handed practice on the first try with right-handed shooting. I can't believe these multi-million dollar basketball coaches haven't figured out ambidextrous training! Shh don't tell them!

      @Rob1066 Hey, great minds think alike! Yes I also practice everything ambidextrously. An absolute must for complete body-mind development. I even taught myself to write better with left hand in recent years. (though need to practics again). Also I check posture balance in mirror and balance left and right in every exercise. Great stuff! Keep up the ultimate mastery!

      @@bodyefficiencytraining wow you write left handed? That's hard core commitment to ambidextrousness that didn't occur to me, but I'm going to do it now! I started djembe drumming. Hand and stick drumming are very snake-like for the shoulder and arm joints. Bouncing the fingers off the the drum is so healthy and is definitely nervous system strength training. Young children should be hand drumming and dancing from 3 years old. Drumming and dancing prime the spinal cord for intellectual effort. The spine is the fuel source for the brain. Stimulating the spine makes you better able to think about physics. Do you use tracker for physics? I can't put links here but if you look up physics kinematics tracker video you'll find it. I taught it to myself and I'm taking a college physics this fall. I've been spending all summer setting kinematics and force and I'm on the work and energy chapter. I found it so interesting that if you're walking in a circle like bagua you're always accelerating. That's why bagua builds up power because you're always accelerating because of changing direction.

      @Rob1066 Thanks again Rob, great info, will check it out! And yes, PaKua is always accelerating! I am planning to talk about this also (more complex so working up to it) Also think of the hook punch as circular momentum (acceleration)- more power - less effort. And if you can create spiraling inwards circles (pull the hook punch back inwards - or coil your strikes) you are creating an ever increasing acceleration - a reducing circle. And if you can do this with relaxation and a whip you have a very very efficient powerful strike. You can also look up systema striking methods which are also interesting.

    Interesting stuff on this channel! I wondered also about this posterior tilt in martial arts. Maybe a kind of misunderstanding and the advise is to prevent the anterior tilt? 🙂

    • @bodyefficiencytraining

      @arundoyoungcase9174 Thank you! Yes martial arts and even internal martial arts tends to be stuck on tradition and doing exact moves as taught to them. Rather than understanding what they are trying to achieve and how the body dynamics actually works. I am hoping to explain this simply so we can all understand without 10 years of studying a particular style and then getting stuck on it. this simple idea is to keep the spine neutral so it can move in any direction any time. when you tuck the pelvis under and keep it there you are hyper extending the lumbar for too long. Also if you can hold this neutral position under isometric tension it will give the best alignment of the bone sructure for transmitting force through the body... I hope this makes sense! Thanks for your great comment!

      @jf4770 Yes! absolutely! Thanks for your support, very encouraging, thank you! It takes time for people to see the psychosis we have been indoctrinated into, then it takes still more time for people to regain their self-sovereignity and take charge again (myself included). I will keep doing these videos and am also thinking about a sovereign self defence course. ( non-violent resistance methods to respond to unlawful oppression by polise - lets see...)
