It’s already in the works. Tool had their acoustics team check the sphere out to figure out all the sound logistics to get that “perfect” tool sound. They will be there in 2025, if not before.
@@tykeboy16well the owner of the New York knicks owns the sphere brand and they’ve already tried to put one in Paris. Unfortunately they said it didn’t fit in with their historic city which ig makes sense
I had a memorable experience at a Grateful Dead show in Richfield OH 1993 blizzard hit while we were camping in tents. We all ate acid that morning to a foot of snow & had to drive back to Columbus due to concert cancelled. A 2 hour drive took us over 6 hours. I still to this day have no clue how we made in a Ford Escort driving through feet of snow tripping balls.
Heck yeah. I’ll be there for the Dead & Co show in a couple weeks. I saw U2 there - opening night at the Sphere. Best concert experience I’ve attended in 40 years.
Perhaps they talked previously about how Santino is friend's with John Mayer? He said he was thinking about going and Mayer said whatever you need. Left a little bit of the story out there.
You don’t rebrand a show as Dead Forever with the intent to stop. They’ll be back next year and every year until Bobby keels over. Maybe even longer as a tribute show.
My pal had a seizure on the dance sphloor on July 4... he was ok, even tho Sphere workers left him out there twitching for twenty minutes, looking like he was about to die.. Theo (two more weekends in vegas & also D&Co have inked deal for two more summer residencies) have me on the pod remotely or in person and i can tell u crazy Sphere stories, have been there for 13 shows, inside for 11.. one show we listened & damced on the venician bridge where it meets Sphere ticket gate & they play show love on premium speakers ( free show with hot hippy spinner dancer queens) Many women have reported having orgasms up in the 400 haptic seats, no word on bros.. we can call my pal Krystal Clear a pornstar that ditched me on Sphloor for two nights in a row in 400s Thank you Jerry and everyone who got us this far! #gratefuldead #deadforever #family #deadandco 🙏🐢🪩🌹⚡💀🌈💚🌍
Certainly like and respect phish - went to one one sphere show - amazing- but there not that similar to the Dead. Much different tempos, arrangements, improvisation. And I hitting 3 dead in a row there was certainly repeat graphics - but that was by design - 33 shows - different songs to the same graphics - but that’s no issue - for me Dead was more enjoyable
Phish has said it themselves but the only thing they really have in common with the Dead is that they jam and they use the same instruments. Phish was always much more focused on serious disciplined technicality and complex composition than the Dead ever even tried to be. Although there are a few songs that both bands played which is a good way to contrast them. Beatles covers etc. Phish has done a few Dead covers too but not a lot.
Theo and John Mayer would be funny as hell. Mayer is jamming hard with Dead and Co.
Dead and Co at the sphere was the best experience of my life
This was the most incredible concert I've ever been to and I've been to over 1000 concerts.
TOOL AT THE SPHERE
Yes please
It must happen.
@@Dieseldiesel84 PLEASE
After we saw the dead there we said the same thing. Tool would be amazing also!

I went to the 7/4/24 Dead & Co. show @ The Sphere. 🤯
It really was worth every single penny.
Would love to see John on the pod!
Yes that would be awesome. He is great in interviews
They’re a band beyond description
U give the rest us fans this cringe ass look
like jehovah's favorite choir
Were they ever here at all.. Kept on Dancin
Wrong band guys come on. Have some respect for the majesty of the Grateful Dead
@@novakayadead & co is just grateful dead with a slightly worse jerry and slightly worse phil. it's ok to accept it
Best show I’ve ever seen
saw them opening night. religious experience cried was dead quite on the way out total mind F
Your content vibe is just right, keep it up
What was badass was catching 2 dead shows then Theo at resort world the third night!
Went to the dead and co show it was an incredible experience.
How good would a Pink Floyd show have been.
One can only imagine..
Ive been thinking about this since, wouldve melted my whole existence
Gotta say Brit Floyd puts on a pretty great show but yeah it’s another thing entirely
gorillaz would be sick
Sick
The Wall of Sound
GWAR at the sphere would be horrifying
Alien space orgys in HD would be amazing
Love it when Theo rocks the Iowa hat throwback logo too with the Dead shirt to boot 🔥
Just fell in love with Theo because the first band he could think of was Gwar
The Sphere might be the FUTURE of “arena-style” entertainment.
its already the pinnacle. It will never be widespread

😂
I was so blasted on acids that I made it back to the car with one flip flop on, that was it. Great show, greater acids, I miss Jerry 🥴

Dead and co will def be back next summer Santino
I was at the The Sphere for Dead & Co. on 6/20 & 6/21 incredible experiences
King gizzard would be cool
Hell yeah!! Took the words out of my mouth. Tame Impala too!!
I like them but they’re not at that scale yet.
Few things break Andrew Santino but "bub-later" got him good
Dude, the bublater joke..is SO underrated it's not even funny.. 😅😂 I legit spit up my water.
Theo needs to get some good ‘ol Grateful Dead into his life! Dudes a Deadhead through and through.
Great show 8/8. Now I’ve seen both U2 and Dead & Co at The Sphere.
Two totally different experiences. Wow. 😊
Perhaps they talked previously about how Santino is friend's with John Mayer? He said he was thinking about going and Mayer said whatever you need. Left a little bit of the story out there.
seems like you were able to figure it out just fine
Keep on keeping on brother!!!!!
I’ve gone 2 nights so far and have one more on August 8th, so pumped
We went 6/8,6/9 going back for the final 2!!
The music never stopped
Been to 2 of those sphere shows and holy fahk my mind was blown
Love the Dead. Ya gotta see Phish there, the place was built for that band
bobbys litterly dosing america
Radiohead would be sweet there
The visuals mustve been insaaaaane on shrooms
Dead and Company at The Gorge is a can’t miss show
Every phish show was 100% unique. No repeat graphics or songs. No other band can do that.
Relax you wook
Only way they can sell out a show..
Why are phish fans so annoying
@@ksents18ikr .. phish sucks
D&C couldn't do that with that many shows they are doing. Phish probably could though. They pulled off the Bakers Dozen without a repeat.
I always knew theo would hop on the bus
Thermo makes such ä great podcrast
Iron Maiden would be great in the Sphere!
theo - 6 or 7 songs is a pretty good amount , lmao
Saw you up in the suite Cheeto, wife and I were on the floor, it was a wild ride!!
The concert was amazing 😎
Phish was cool
With that shirt on, Theo looks like he's fresh back from summer camp walking around his hometown Walmart in a counselors assistant tshirt
😂
His first example to not having enough visuals to fill the sphere was Gwar. That's ridiculous
Zep in there prime and extended Jams - yes
The thought of Jon Mayer with them is fruity
Tame Impala would be cool there! Going for me second show on Jerry’s birthday August 1st!
Great - but nothing is better than dead and co - saw 3 in a row 6/21,6/22,6/23…… top life experience
Artists / Bands will be changing their playing arrangement to make venue work
I was at last Thursday and Fridays show. It was awesome...I was way too high but that's where you wanna be when that happens
King Gizzard has got to play there
It was amazing last minute decision my husband & I went too
I always wonder why type of people still listen to bands and the comment section has given me a great answer 😂
Did they really say that is U2 when there was a giant Steeley in the background with Bob in the middle????
I hope for TOOL some point after Eagles
He's right about gwar, they're more of a stage aesthetic since they wear costumes
I was at that show...lol I was at all the shows. It was fun.
Buble-TER DUUUUDE!!!
Dead and Company at Sphere is AMAZING! Go if you can!
Rush would have been a cool Sphere show. R.I.P Neil
I wish so o badly I could see dead and Co at the sphere! Id do almost anything to be there w a half a headfull! Literally life changing
The Dead is much alive
Wait til these guys find out about phish or the disco biscuits
Disco biscuits are so crazy!
If you guys really want your mind blown, go see The Disco Biscuits. They are on fire!
Sorry if you don't 🌲👽🌲
Dead and CO is not the Grateful Dead, not even close. Not even close. Not even close.
You don’t rebrand a show as Dead Forever with the intent to stop. They’ll be back next year and every year until Bobby keels over. Maybe even longer as a tribute show.
can't go to the sphere if you have heart palpitations or epilepsy or if you are french Canadian lol
Tool would be amazing
That has to happen
1, 2, 3.... Jerry's bday weekend
8, 9, 10... Jerry's death weekend
Bookending the days between....
You don't go to one show boys, if you are not doing a 3 day weekend you are not understanding the historic ramifications
Michael Buble can actually sing. He's one of the best
Well played with a stealie ❤Face😊
I went to the 2nd show and someone in my section had a seizure halfway thru show, everyone threw on their phone lights and got help
THEO X MAYER MAKE IT IT HAPPEN BEAVER
I guarantee you, The actual Grateful Dead on a solid dose of real LSD was an experience beyond anything available today
get bobby or john on the podcast
Anyma at the Sphere new years eve
Gwar was a terrible example because they have more imagery than anyone I can think of
When somebody gives you tickets. You gotta go. I mean you don’t even have any to pay to go… so like enjoy.
Forget the sphere, bring back the wall
I will only see a show in Hampton :)
can't miss show for elites and retired boomers who are loaded with cash
The tickets are 100-300.... am I missing something?
I was there a few weeks ago and I'm definitely not elite or loaded with cash😂
If they're into psychedelics
Pink Floyd would be amazing there
Let me tell you about this group of guys from Vermont…..

Not one mention of Phish. Still flying under the radar and the best live band of all time. Just ask Drew Carey how it was.
French Canadian?
I would go but im not a rich millionaire unfortunately
Dead and Co was BUILT for the sphere
I was there in May, great fun!

See WSP there
My morning jacket could pull it off - tho not much of a fan
I’m fairly certain Jerry wouldn’t have liked how his music is sounding now….just saying…Jerry WAS the Grateful Dead…
