I was living alone, working a 12 hour night shift 6 days a week, and severely depressed. The Church really kept me going back then. Joey and Lee will forever have a special place in my heart.

This is actually some real shit. Sometimes you need to take a break from the people you've been running with, even if you love them - because that group of people makes bad decisions. You can always link up down the road, IF those are actually your boys.
Facts. I remember my friend and I stopped hanging out with each other for a while because we decided all we do when we’re together is just take dabs until we pass out.

I could listen to Theo Von and Joey Diaz talk for hours. Joey's life has been so eventful, and I have heard the stories a thousand times because I listen to them on that many occasions, and I will listen to them a thousand more. I love Joey, and I was so glad to hear about him kicking the hard drugs.
Right?? He's been thru a lot & it amazes me he's still breathing. I can totally relate to his benzo story 😑 as I went thru same thing, ( as have hundreds of thousands of other people)...his stories are wild. I lived in my car and worked at a circle K in the mountains in Colorado from 2017- 2019. I had lived there 1200miles away from my family and everything. Joey and The Church family kept me going..i was lonely...i had nothing. Id sit in a waffle house all night, living off their 6$ steak and egg..and id write all night. I really miss those times. Glad to see uncle joey ok.
