I would never fly on Southwest’s Boeing 737-700 ever again. I had pilots that were not trained. It was the day I felt like I almost died on. Window shades were broken & the seat was torn apart & dirty. Uncomfortable seat. 1/10 Airline never flying them again. We were delayed 30 minutes because people on the plane couldn’t find anywhere to sit. Probably going to be flying with JetBlue for now on. This was from ISP to PBI. Bad turbulence even on takeoff.
