    What does brushing with milk do? Never seen it done so I’m genuinely curious.

    How come you have to keep the ingredients cold? (Just asking, I love your videos btw ❤)

      Helps keep the layers by preventing the fat from melting. The warmth will cause the gluten in the flour to activate then you’ll end up with bread instead of biscuits.
