Hello Darling you have always been the catch in my heart love your pure love and very optimistic it a mystery I'm intrigued and amazed love your content love you ❤️🌈🥰🍓🙏✝️ amen
This is such great new content for your channel. I love how you tied in the cooking session and made the whole experience from Ocean to Table. -That's the goal! It also doesn't hurt that you're an absolute goddess and you could be selling vacuum cleaners and it would still be better content than most of RUclips!
Ho capito perché sei così splendida !perché oltre a sommozzare bene mangi tutta roba buona .ma è mai possibile che gli italiani siano sempre dappertutto .che invidia
Great video Lauren! I'm still a huge fan of the sea->table content. Really helps bring the whole thing into perspective when people who aren't familiar with what we do see why we do it. The beauty of the ocean with friends and meeting new people and harvesting your own food in such a fun beautiful and responsible way and then to continue it with the joy of cooking with and for people you love. Keep up the amazing work boo! Love you! Hope to dive with you again soon! 😘😘😘
Lauren, thank you for your video and unoficial lesson you give for me and other watchers, every time I watch your video I try to find some information to improve something for me in spearfishing! Well done!!!
WOW Lauren what a treat to see you spearfish then also spend time cooking, laughing and drinking..... I'm jealous!! All the best and keep up the amazing content :)

Sick beats. I was roaming atound my house and your video is hooked up to a beast of a sound system. Thought someone snuck in and started a dance party😉
Great dive shots... as always; even better that you are doing so well again. The fish looked delicious; I especially liked that you utilized the entire fish. Keep them vids coming!
This was a fantastic segment. Grouper cheeks and throat are well known for buttery meat but most fish will have some meat there. When removing a fresh Conch from it's shell, one person is selected to eat the raw clear "spaghetti" that hangs from the innermost part of the animal for luck and health. I wish your friends much luck in their charter and cook business. So nice to know you are in the water again. Allow the ocean's healing properties to bathe your sinuses.
I did a little digging. The "spaghetti" is sometimes called the "worm". It's actually an appendage found in all conches that aids in digestion. It's not the penis, as some believe (leading to viagra-like effects).
So great to have you back mate, hope those sinus are learning who the master is!! Any chance you could tell me the name of the artist and song playing in 1:20 - was a banger of a tune! That reef at 1:50 was magic, I could watch that all day, great editing, thanks heaps was a little holiday!! 3:57 - to save your spear, just stab it with the spear without pulling the trigger, FWIW that is what we do. That Mutton - No it is not the messiah lol, yes it is huge! Wow Lauren, the cook up is amazing! It is interesting you cooked up the head. We started doing this about 6 months ago after watching a Sri Laken channel - Fish vs Blade where they all use the head. We have since done some amazing grills and cook ups with the head. There is some delicious meat to be had, besides the wings!! I even have tried some eye balls, but I am thinking that must be an "acquired Taste" LMAO! Then I watched you trying them and pizzed myself - you had the same reaction after a few SAKE's!! That Fillet shoulder looked soo good!, LOL at all the tripods and cameras and lights everywhere, just realized you call the wings - The Collar! Thank you sooo much for the out takes, the cat sliding down the back wall killed me, as did the improvs! This was your best ever video I have watched Larasua!, Well done on the edit, so much fun :) Dive Safe, too funny!
Thank you so much! That song is called "Something's Coming" by Dye O. I've tried stabbing lionfish just using my spear but sadly I'm just not that good at it! lol Yeahhhh the head and wings are so good!!! So happy you use them too! Hahaha I'm glad you enjoyed the outtakes! Thanks for the message and hope you have a great week!!!
@@LaurenSarasua Many Thanks Lauren for the song, The Lion fish thing works well when you stab them through the gills when the flare, or in their mouths when they stare at you. Have an amazing week, I'm counting down on an epic spearing trip for 8 days live aboard, soooo excited preparing all the gear right now :) Watching video like yours to gee it up :) Dive Safe Mate!
