@@ShmoeLettuce Sorry but that's BS. You can work hard all your life and never reach anywhere and you can also buy a lottery ticket randomly while drunk and get rich.

NOT TRUE, SUCCESS LIES IN THE EYES OF THE BEHOLDER. ITS TRUE IN THE SENSE OF BECOMING A SUCCESFUL BALANCED HUMAN INDIVIDUAL BUT WE CLIMB MOUNTAINS EVERYDAY BY ACCIDENT.

What I meant was, when you're not living intentionally or consciously, there are things that you do right and don't even recognize whilst when you do things consciously - even though there might be things you're missing, you are still counting your success more than you would when you're not conscious. So getting to heaven consciously by knowing why you do it (good life as a reason) then you would actually not be as pure as living life unconsciously and still doing the right things. You are as this man correctly states accepting your state of being as your fate, which is a choice. One that many don't keep. Most people go somewhere in the middle, which interestingly is a mixture of what I've said and what this man said. In some areas of their lives they live completely unconscious, in others they put everything into. If advice like that was for everyone, jesus would not be a legend. What are your reasons is a pretty good measurement. But it's always gonna be faulty as there is no egotism as well as altruism as they're intertwined, synonyms, that presuppose each other.
So it's true, my argument came from the young naive person inside me. So did this long ass answer.
Its not the way I lead my life but as it goes with all life tips, theres always a downside.
There are legends and guides, which are not accurate. Leading your life is a term that is on a wide fuckin spectrum. Where there is consciousness there has to be unconsciousness.
      In short:
If you listen to god, you will live nearest to the heart whether being conscious or unconscious. Depending on your upbringing and whether or not you listen to either "good' or 'bad" advice. There's no real answer. But I'm still pretty immature and this is a bold statement that doesn't have to resonate with anyones life.
      All the best
