- First "correct" speedo and gauge video. Still running some old ecu tune from my last B5. Now I have 30% smaller nozzles and stock AKN pump. Looks like my big S362SXE is still too small. Approx 340hp with this tune.

Thanks. It is actually quite mellow noise since the exhaust goes thru two turbo stages.

I use regular diesel oil 5w40 that has vw ratings. Back then teboil diamond diesel but now moved to mobil delvac
Holy Sh*t, diffas! This is one crazy machine. The RPM range impresses me. Does the engine easily take the 6,000 rpm?
The sound is awesome - if you didnt know it, you would think its a 2.7 V6 or so ^^
It pulls harder the higher the rpm is. I think its the cams that i have. My old ecu starts cutting off fuel after 5500rpm so i'm changing gear (or at least trying) around 5500-5600.

How much boost can hold a 2.5 tdi turbo stock because with 1.6 bar boost destroys my turbo
If the tune and the turbo are good. 1.8bar max for middle revs and 1.6 on max revs past 4000

@@riadxx3559 It is quite old tech turbo but its been used several 1.9tdi setups in past years so it will be fine. Its good for 200hp range

@@riadxx3559 about engine i dont know how reliable it is, nornally 1.9 is strong and takes 200hp without any problem. 200hp is fine for turbo all day.

Nope. Plan is to install my old pump once it is delivered to the pump shop for checking. So far they seem to work nicely

I have it on my b6 but it will stay on the car :) You can find lots of those on ebay
Why the s362 should be too small? You ve 340hp and this turbo can give a lot of more ..
As you can see it makes almost all the boost after spool up (right gauge) and my hp turbos are not boosting. Idea is to have lower boost on s362 and multiply it with the hp turbos.
So-tdi fwd single is so much quicker
So how much ? 0-100? 1/4mile or 1/8mile?

What is your maximum EGT before turbo?
egt probe wire took a hit and its not working currently. "should" be quite good temps since it is so lean

yes, but the wire is damaged so it reads whatever :D
HI! which flywheel do you use? i think, standart 2 mass flywheel can't work with this torque😆
Stock flywheel like i used to have my old setup. Im planning to go solid one later
@@bigdiffas that's interesting. my setup with 500nm don't work correctly on stock flywheel, it starts to vibrate strongly on 4,5,6 gears, in peak of torque. want to buy single mass flywheel from Valeo and adapt to the clutch kit from 3.0tdi audi. this clutch is pretty good for 600+nm
@@marx921 well that depends on rpm you have the max torque. I have high reving engine so the peak torque comes pretty high rpm.
@@bigdiffas yes, looks like truth, i have gtb1756 turbo, and peak of torque is from 2000 to 3500 rpm. in this pretty low rews flywheel starts vibrate.

What do you mean? the rubbing sound? There is pump on the road so wheels rubs a bit

Joo, no maksimisyöttö 5000rpm ja lambda 1.40. Periaattees aika hyvä :D Ku normaalisti ku viritetään niin 1.15-1.20
