    Absolutely stunning linocut: amazingly well thought out motive, strong and rich in detail, and so delicately carved. Very interesting to see the full printing process in real time. Thank you very much for sharing❤️

    That phrase ['river of blood'] could be be construed as being quite provocative over here in the UK Emil. After a politician in the 60's said that immigration would lead to 'rivers of blood'. If you receive lots of orders from England from men with very short hair and big boots, now you know why.

      interesting! i dont know what the people who buy my prints look like, but it's good to know how a phrase can mean different things to different people. i was inspired to use that phrase because of a genesis song, domino medley, where phil collins sings, "take a look at that beautiful river of blood" and i just really liked the sound of it :)

      @@emilunderbjerg I didn't pick up on the Genesis lyrics. I lost interest once Peter Gabriel departed. Was only joking about the far right showing interest in your prints, I think they're far too beautiful to be appreciated by hate mongers.

    • @emilunderbjerg
      @emilunderbjerg  4 года назад +1

      i only know that it's some kind of felt, but i dont know the thickness of it - the press is not mine, i only had access to it for the day
