How do you mitigate golf ball risk? Beautiful home but it's so open to the course in the back.
No privacy. Is there an HOA and is it possible to close off the back yard pool area for privacy and safety issues?

Where is Indian wells?
It is about 20 min east of Palm Springs, CA.
the home itself looks really nice & expensively decorated, but it's on a tiny lot, really dated and a bit cluttered, like the homeowners couldn't stop buying stuff. Living on a golf course looks nice on camera, but it's not that great because of the lack of privacy. I'm sure this home will sell, but I'm clearly not the target buyer - which is fine. It only takes 1 buyer to close a sale.
