For the Iso Seats, on one hand I like how Toyota is really trying to make the Pro a “Pro” with crazy features, but on the other hand man is it really unnecessary and a rear leg room killer.

black out the interior and lose the "urban camo", color match the roof, and make the fender flares not gloss black and this truck would be perfect imo.

The glossy black plastic on the exterior is 🤮. Makes it look so cheap. I hope that's just a pre-production fill in. Edit: Also, those seats are awful. Takes up extra room and you can't recline? The hardest of passes.

Any designer who suggests that terrible piano black finish for consoles, interior trim, or fender flares needs to have their nose smacked with a rolled up newspaper & given a gentle but firm "No" every time. If they keep doing it then they should be asked to design a different part of the vehicle instead - like the tie rods, exhaust system, or spare wheel mount where aesthetics aren't important.
There's no time when that shiny dirt/fingerprint/scratch-collecting material is ever suitable. It looks terrible in no time, it gives the vehicle a cheap, disposable feel, and considering the price they charge for Tacomas now there's no excuse for using it.
The Toyota Tacoma is supposed to be rugged and we pay dearly for its capabilities & durability. I hope the production models will have different materials instead of that shiny junk.

It just blows me away how all these people are just so quick to get rid of a truck that's so damn good! proven reliability proven off-road capability... Hopefully you don't treat your wife like you do your truck as soon as the next dime piece walks by tell your old lady to go take a hike cuz you're going to kick it with chick! Lol there's NO WAY that I'm getting rid of my V-6 Tacoma TRD off-road manual transmission. I guess people forgot how many problems there was with the 2016 & 17 tacomas when they 1st came out & u guys think they're not going to have problems with this truck? They changed damn near everything on this 🆕 vehicle & they didn't do a whole lot of changes in 2016 & 17 with a plethora of problems... Good luck 🤞 Jon I hope you get a good one with no problems or minimal if you do have issues... Sorry to ramble but I bought my truck brand new with 15 me and I live in Phoenix when I went to turn on the AC did not work and then when I went to use my 4 x 4 and when I did finally get four-wheel drive to turn on it would not turn off and had to be towed to the dealer for a front diff actuator! All I've done to the truck is change all the fluids to amsoil (front diff, rear diff & manual transmission) transfer case redline MT-LV & did 4 🛢️ changes within 8,000 miles & NEVER took it off-road!
