I personally have owned a ck2510 2014 model year loader backhoe bought brand new. It's 2023 and 900 plus hours loading, trenching, brush hogging, post hole digging, grading, tilling, and basically abusing though well maintained grease oils filters etc have had one grease fitting and one small 10mm bolt replacement. I really hate to see all the hate a speach about nit-pick items, true issues okay legit complaints but kioti manufactures a really tough dependable tractor. Maybe I received an outlier but I doubt it and you received a lemon but that appears to be extremely rare at least for the many many people that own kiotis. Anyone wishing to purchase a tractor do the research and you can decide for yourself.
NS 5310 bought new in 22, I have kicked it's Ass every time I use it and have Never had a problem with anything! What a great tractor!!! Butch Ashland Ohio
I have a CK 26/20 se cab and the only issue I have had is changing a couple of hydraulic line couplers. I use the machine at least three times a week. No other issues. Love it.
Hi I have a 2017 ck3510 and it has been tough as nails. I have about 400 hours on it and have only had a few minor issues and one big one. The most significant minor thing is that the bolts need to be torqued on the loader and wheels every 10 hours. Again,I work it like a horse on gravel road doing ditching and grading. The big thing is the subframe on the backhoe that attaches it to the tractor broke at the 150 hour mark. It is a well known factory defect. Kioti covered it even though it was out of warranty. It's plated and beefed up now and I added a connector so my top link could also connect it to the tractor to eliminate the cantilever. I probably should have gone with the DK series as I really do work this CK like a larger tractor. Keep it greased and bolts torqued and well serviced and it should last you. Mine was pre-covid (2017) so now they may be different as manufacturers are pushing tractor out the door to meet demand. In summary, I'm happy with my kioti and would buy another.
My NIMCO controller onmy Kioti is mafunciitoing, very hard to move controller. Took apart and cleaned out, no improvement. Kioti no longer carries the replacement parts. Its 10 years old. Thats nothing for a tractor. Nothing. Asians always ripping off stupid americans. Wwe have to stopp buying this shit. @@Curtis1824
Very sorry about the issues. I've had my 2020 ck3510 hst cab for almost two years. I have only 60 hours on it and had only one problem with the exterior cab lights. dealer fixed it no questions asked. So far it's been a great tractor. Wish you luck on your future experience. Remember there is no perfect tractor, but some of it is just plain bad luck.
Thanks for the video and being so honest. I read a bunch of other problems owners have also had in the comments and I wish all of you would name the dealer! When they’re great we hear about the name and when they’re not no one knows who they are so they can continue being terrible and not have bad repercussions for their actions so they treat the next person just like you!
The CEL came on in my DK4510, at about 160-ish hours then went into limp mode. Dealer came and picked it up. Turns out my brother-in-law had interrupted the Regen one time too many. Other than that, no problems and no complaints!
I have owned an NX4510 for just over two years now. No issues at all the first 50 hours. Just after 100 hours I had a hydraulic hose go bad and dealer took care of it under warranty because it was a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, while in the shop for that, they did some recall software work, and it made my tractor go crazy until they made some hardware upgrades and then reloaded the software. For the most part, I love my Kioti. Got more for the money than other brands. Great dealer support out of Nashville. When I was trying to decide on a brand, I saw negative videos about every brand. I think you got a lemon. I hope the worst is behind you.
I have 20 hours on my CK2610SEHCB my rear windshield wiper mechanism froze up on me. Dealer said not under warranty. I took it apart and found there was no lubrication in the maim shaft. I had to tap the shaft out with a brass drift and sand the shaft and hole with 320grit paper. Applied SuperLube and moly grease. All is well again !
Your bucket may have been build twisted. You can cross check it (measure diagonally) from edge to top with a tape measure, just like if you were building a square frame. Additionally you can measure the opening on each side and compare.
I had 2 kioti tractors. Recently sold my ck2610 that I bought new and never had a issue with it, just didn’t really need it. I never had a issue with it but it only had about 110 hours on it. I still have a dk40se and it has over 800 hours with zero issues but it is also made before the dpf/regen junk they have now. I believe most of the issues with the newer tractors is the emissions and computers they put on them. It’s not just a kioti issue it’s all newer tractors over 25hp.
Yes sir 100 percent correct all tractors 40 hp and over have a DPF filter wow if the feds don't like smoke use gas motor if I run my tractor at 22 I burn twice the diesel sometimes I don't need all that power of you want to know how smart feds are both parties Google US debt clock just make sure you have a roll of toilet paper
thanks for sharing the video, I feel your pain, I just put 50 hours on my brand new kioti RX 7320. my tractor developed a hydraulic leak on one of the loader lines the factory didn't crimp the hose tight enough and it's leaking. the loader bucket is made out of real thin cheap metal I dented mine up and bent it in the middle pushing dirt. you may have bent your loader arms. set the tractor on a concrete slab and measure the height of your loader arms from the right side to the left side with a tape measure
Bummer! Not a fun leak to have. I measured it and the arms were all off. The bolts on the loader arms weren't torqued enough. I had the dealer check everything and they said they fixed it, but still is off. I think the bucket is warped.
@@Curtis1824 I bent my bucket pulling dirt when backing up with the bucket in the vertical position. it bowed the bucket about an inch in the middle. Plus when I back drag with the bucket laying flat if I run over a rock sticking up it caves ithe bottom of the bucket in. so I ordered the piranha bar and put that on that makes the bucket a little stiffer, and then I welded half inch thick by 3 in wide bars on the bottom of the bucket to keep it from getting caved in. you can order the kioti extra blade that bolts onto the bottom of the factory bucket that will help make your bucket a lot stronger. I ordered the piranha blade because it was actually cheaper than the factory bolt on blade
@@madtater5948 One of the first things I did on my NX4510 was put on a AR grade cutting edge on the bucket. I didn't find the bucket to be any more or less cheaply made than other tractor buckets I've seen, but I bought it used and the bucket had been scraped up. Adding the AR grade steel cutting edge stiffened up the bucket significantly, and protects the front edge quite a bit.
Wow. I cannot complain about my 20 CK3510HST. I have beat mine hard over 420 hrs. At 44 hrs I developed a leak in a lift cyclinder from jamming a piece of pine bark in the piston seal. Dealer swapped it out in an hour under warranty. The biggest issue I’ve had that started about the same time is my tachometer will hang during its initial start and show higher rpm than engine is running. The dealership offered to replace it under warranty but the hours would be returned to 0 indicated. I didn’t want that so I unplug the battery and the needle resets. Only aggravating issue I have with it. It’s done more work in those 400+hours than most tractors do in a lifetime.
Ever watch Hometown Acres? He's got a 3510 and is pretty honest about his view of the tractor/manufacturer. Maybe hollar at him. Might align your expectations and your reality to allow you to get better insight into your situation. It's a community so do your part when called upon and seek help when necessary. Get er' done!
I'm with you! Bought my new 2020 Kioti Ck3510SE in Oct'20. Now has 130 hrs. It's been absolutely hell dealing with this junk and the dealer. In 130 hrs it's been back to the dealer 5 times...was delievered to me new with 3 large dents in the rear fender, one of the trips back to the dealer they pounded the dents out and I have to live with the powercoated chipped (will rust quicker), just a few hours in the front axle oil level didn't even show up on the dipstick (did in leak out or did the dealer not fill it properly?), several hyrdraulic hose leaks (and still leaking now), they routed the grapple hose so it's dragging on the ground with no hose protector wrap (one trip back they wrapped 3 feet of the hose with a roll of electrical tape that looked like a blind man did it, next trip back they did put the wire wrap on it), grapple 3rd function failed two different times, safety decal fell off, ROP pins would not engage, bushhog did not have the safety chain, seat safety switch failed 3 times until they swapped out the entire seat ($1700), floor mat curls up in cold temps, I've changed out rusted fasteners holding the mirrors on, rear tire fell off the rim and rimguard went all over my lawn and had to dig it up and reseed, front tire fell off the rim, flashers/hazard light fuse blew, grill guard pins are very hard to pull out, reverse pedal linkage chaffed through a hose protector underneath, was delivered with no lynch pin on the drawbar pins, linked pedal failed, powercoat flaking off the link arms, tossed error codes on the hour meter (F 26 / 1669), missing a screen in front of the radiator, on and on. I'm well beyond anyones tolerance level....I hope your troubles are over. Good luck.
I’m speechless. I can’t even imagine your frustration. I thought I was having a hard time, but my stuff doesn’t even compare to this. I hope yours is going better now!
I am in the market ready to pull trigger on a 25hp Kioti, TYM, Massey Ferguson. Would you recommend I stay away from kioti? The best dealer support for me here in Sw Florida would be the Massey
@@juancarlostoledo5184 When my Kioti is working, it's bulletproof and has done anything and everything I want it to. My dealer is the problem along with this crazy world we're living in right now. I don't know enough about the other tractor brands, so can't speak to that. Maybe someone else on here with some more knowledge will be able to help you out there.
I have pretty much the same tractor a DK6010SE, HST, Cab and Loader. We bought it back in 2018 and haven't had any problems with it so far... One thing to try for your loader is raise it up all of the way and hold it for a few seconds at the top of the stroke and see if it evens out for you.
@@Curtis1824 The bucket could be bent, the Kioti buckets are very light duty, if you look at the bucket on a skid steer or a John Deere 5 series there is no comparison and I have seen people bend those heavy duty buckets before... I put a cutting edge on mine its a bit of extra reinforcement, I should probably weld some reinforcements on it as well, I have just been to lazy.
I have a NX6010. bought new 4 years ago. Nothing but heart ache. Spent over 8,000 dollars on various repairs. Front tires dry rotted 2 years. Bucket mounts bent. $2000. Wire harness $1300. Cracked main housing leaking hydraulic oil. Bad casting. Bucket control handle broke. Left side back wheel rim came apart and fell off. Today I started plowing and I cloud of smoke came from under the hood and it died. Smelled electrical.
i had a 2021 NX4510 the tranny went bad 2 times in less than 30 hours. i also had near zero fluid in front gear box. when i washed it the paint flaked off! they gave me a 2022 TYM T494 for some xtra gold dabloons LOL! i am happy with TYM it has been problem free so far.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I think you were unlucky, but I will comment shortly on some issues you exposed. As my dealership owner told, tractor loaders are no industrial loaders, you must use them more carefully, more gently, respecting their stated operating limits and capacities, and the user's manual warnings and recommendations, like not pushing too hard on the bucket when the bucket pistons are out, The bucket itself is made of rather thin sheets of steel, although there are reinforcements along the edges at intervals underneath, but it remains a fragile and highly flexible steel box, considering the weight it can lift. Same holds true for the mobile frame supporting the bucket, it can shake and twist a lot if we operate too fast with max loads. Great care and slow operation is required when we play close to its rated limits. As for the radiator problem, some air trapped in the system maybe, I would say this is a very little issue, very easy to fix and nothing to worry about really, as long as your engine doesn't overheat. Kioti tractors are generally rated good, but they are delivered only partly assembled, so some dealerships may be responsible for not being careful enough in the final stage of tractor assemblage and preparation in the dealership. I have a smaller Kioti, 40 Hp and am pretty satisfied overall so far, but always a few small issues, like rear lights that don't work right out of the dealership yard, and I tell you, the engine oil filler cap is very poorly located, the worst setup I have ever seen on any combustion engine I have owned, that is, simply to pour in some engine oil, you have to either untie and move 5 electric wires, 2 rubber hoses and pull them sideways, OR dismantle the diesel fuel filter, meaning you will have some diesel spill and drip down directly on the engine oil filler cap, an ugly mess. It is just incredible they made it that way.
Thanks for watching! I completely agree with you about being careful with the loaders. I’ve seen a lot of people with broken/bent pistons when pushing the loaders too hard. Not something I want to have to replace!
Mine started having problems starting after 25 hrs. 1st time in the shop they said everything was fine and couldn't find a problem. 2nd time in the shop and just got it back today they changed the plunger due to fuel not going through when key was turned. Well new plunger same problem! Let see what happens the 3rd time in the shop. Probably will trade in for another brand if problem is not solved. I bought a new tractor instead of a used one to avoid these type of problems.
I bought a kioti dk4210se cab tractor last March I have 63 hours on it so far and haven't had any issues yet I love it so far ! It sucks you have had so many problems
Had an open station 5310 until the hydraulic draft got stuck after 20 hours . Dealer could not fix it so went with a 5810 turbo unit replacement which blew an O ring on using the backhoe almost immediately losing most of the hydraulic fluid. It has since blown another digging out a 6 inch stump? Dealer replaced with a better O ring. Lucky it is still under warranty. The hoses and electrical wiring looked like a child had done them. Purchased post hole digger but on first use realised the Kioti auger bent the remotes near the top link only discovered after use. Had to reweld the top link cheek making it smaller and bend back the remotes luckily with no breakage. 78 hours now and nervous for what is next but when it works it is good . ( out of action for 3 months in my first year )
My only gripe on my 3510 is the shifting of gears. Isn't very smooth, but others have mentioned its mostly normal with a hydro. Aside from that, no other real complaints. Sucks to hear what you had to deal with!
Shifting gears for me is smooth, I just have to tap the forward pedal a bit to get it to catch sometimes. They warned me I would need to do that with a new machine though.
My first 50 included Loose alternator, dealer came out diagnosed, apologized and came out the next business day with new belts and made it right. Then there's the "grill guard" .. ensure that it is never left down or the first time you lower the front bucket arm it will bend the guard inward so that tit cannot be raised and it twill not let the bucket go all the way down either.
Sounds like you have a good dealer! I've seen many videos and comments about people lowering the bucket down on the grill guards. Seems to be an issue with most brands!
Sounds like you got a junker. I've got a stick shift 2610, and it's been mostly problem free so far at 50 hours. I've mostly mowed with it so far, but I've done a lot on slopes that sometimes got up to around 30 degrees. That can't be gentle on the 4 wheel drive, among other things, but it doesn't seem to mind so far. The only thing that's really pissed me off with it is one of the front tires ended up with a huge split in it, and apparently that's not covered by the warranty. How that happens with industrial tires mostly mowing grass other than a defect is beyond me, but apparently I "ran over a rock" according to the dealer. Yea, sure, whatever. The bucket on yours is really surprising. I got mine stuck in the mud up to the oil pan, and had no choice but to haul it out by pulling it by the bucket.
Bummer on the tire! Hope it keeps going strong for you! I had to rescue my tractor from mud as well the same way. It was already warped looking before that, so who knows. The dealer won’t look into it past the loader arms being level.
Sad to say ,with the "unprecedented " compact tractor sales--- these "hot-cakes" off the assembly lines have suffered quality-control issues (approx 25% across the board) from all manufacturers. As for your loader ,my friend recently got the comparable bob-cat version of you Kioti & it came with a BENT quick attach. He has to fight the dealer-manufacture on it for 2 months but they FINALLY made it Right. A TRACTOR should be 98% sound for the first 2000 hours of its life, not a crumby hot-cake off the assembly line. Your rig just needs to get over "c v d -itis". Thanks for the great Video Sir and happy safe tractoring.
I couldn't agree with you more. Every time I mention the loader, they want to ignore it. They said all the measurements check out and that's all they can do about it. I think the dealer is suffering from the same itis.
40 hours on mine and the exhaust purge it coming on every 2 minutes even I purge it .I have to shut it off to take it out of gear and when I let up on the foot pedal it still wants to creep forward. Still under warranty .
I had mine for three hours and the engine lost all the anti-freeze due to the engine block heat popping out of the side of the engine dealer picked it up and had it back the next day . I broke the door glass ( my Mistake ) cost $ 1,200.00CND not installed. other than that it's an ok tractor.
I have a DK4210SE-CAB (39hp) less than 200 hrs. My first hydrostatic tractor. I was leery about going to a hydrostatic because I've heard of this happening to others. I had a concrete pad that use to be outside of my back door but i had moved it years ago with a previously owned MF 1165 (manual transmission), a tractor i wish id have kept. That tractor i later traded in on a MF1533 which also is manual transmission and has a backhoe, which is the reason i traded. I live where we can get a lot of snow and drifting so i bought the Kioti last year which has a cab. My plan was to sell the MF and put a backhoe on the Kioti but im rethinking that now. Anyway i wanted to move the concrete pad so i tried pushing it with my Kioti and to my surprise i couldnt move it. They hydrostatic just slipped, and yes i had it in the lowest range. The tires didnt spin and the engine didnt bog. I got my MF1533 (33hp) out and pushed it with little trouble. It also happened when i was on a bank and my rear wheels were in a bit of a dip as i was trying to move up the hill (not pushing anything). So far thats my only gripe with this tractor. Im guessing its not because its a Kioti but its just the nature of hydrostatic transmission. Anyone else notice this?
Sir, l have a Massey-Ferguson 1736m power-shuttle & it is phenomenally powerfull & agile. The hydraulic pump on the transmission (for the remotes) makes the loader almost too fast. At 11.6gpm on remotes & 6.5 on Stearing, everything is super fast & powerful. The power-shuttle is the way to go( it is the smallest @ 3450lbs)--bare tractor to have this "mighty" option. Pure power to the ground, no clutch for foward&reverse. It is whisper quiet & oh so smooth! So get yourself a new MF 1835m power-shuttle to replace your 1533, & avoid ALL them hydro-slack-o-matic howling "want-to-be" twak-ters.
Greetings! The first 100 hours for any new car are the most important, the mechanisms are lapped, at this time it is necessary not to load the tractor too much .
While there is a break in period, I don't think the tractor should be in the shop over half the time you own it. Still having issues with certain things that the dealer can't seem to figure out.
@@Curtis1824 agree with you , therefore , having an engineering education , I try to closely monitor the technical condition of the tractor . I also have questions to the dealer in Russia , for example , they recommended engine oil to me , but it does not comply with the operating instructions , I have to argue .
I got a 2610 with the backhoe attachment I haven’t had any real problems it’s got about 70 hours on it I would have to say the worst thing I had was a couple hydraulic hoses on the backhoe get loose
Everyone seems to have pretty good luck with the CK series. Just my luck with the DK it seems. At least a loose hose is an. easy fix! Hopefully you didn't lose much fluids.
Feel your pain. I would wonder be if the biggest problem you have is the tractor or the dealer. Bet it ends up being the dealer or their service manager. But that's a good thing because it's easier to find another dealer than it is to change the tractor. Miles to the new Kioti dealer might be an issue though.
Unfortunately the next closest dealer is 2 hours away and I would have to cover the cost to get it there. Kioti doesn't pay for trucking the tractor to and from the dealer even for warranty work.
Same problem I'm looking at here. Looking to buy a Kioti. Not many around. Kubota dealer a mile away but their service department has a bad reputation and I sorta have it in my head I want a Kioti. Kioti dealer is 30 miles away and the next nearest is like you, 2 hours drive and I have no idea about their reputation. Good luck.
If the check engine light comes on and I says cel with a motor on it the dealer going to tell you to run it at 22 rpm even though you don't need to regin by itself DPF is stupid if feds don't like smoke don't use a diesel motor
@@Curtis1824 electric is two new many problems how do I charge it plug it into a tree I don't think it will last very long my driveway is six miles long
I was gonna buy a Kioti but chose the Kubota L3560 instead. Mine only has 200+hrs but it has been excellent. I was told by a man that is head of Landscaping at my work to not buy Kioti because the ones they have have not held up like the Kubota's have. He pointed out several things that have gone bad to me. I decided right there I was gonna go Kubota. Been very happy!
None of the issues you had. The things he showed me were how things were lose or prematurely worn....rattling stuff and poorly designed stuff. It has been 4 yrs ago so the details have left me. He left the impression on me that they just were not to the level of his Kubotas despite looking very similar when new........they don't age as well as a Kubota.
300 hours on my kioti 5510 less two years old clutch is gone, they saying I rode the clutch caused to burn it out 70 years old learn to drive with clutch , got a 74 Ford 3000 farm all my life , I know what riding the clutch is , and never had problem with clutches working small garden less than two years and burn up a clutch ?
Before I even watch the video most people should know that when you have a new diesel engine you do not rev past half throttle until you reach 50 hours and also you start the motor on low revs and when you shut it down you wrap it down and let it idle hour and then shut it down
I’ve never tried to remove them. The back window opens pretty good. I’ve heard they can be removed easily, but with the luck I’ve had I didn’t want to chance it. I also don’t have a great place to store them if I did take them off.
Mine also having over heating issue's at less than 50 hrs after getting that issue fixed yesterday while moving firewood I noticed antifreeze smell .opened the hood and every blade of the fan was broken off to the shroud I'm talking pieces 4" x 6" I only found 4 that were still lodged inside the tractor not sure where the other pieces went but no doubt I would have noticed them laying on the ground in my working area calling on it today.anybody else have this problem
That sucks the AC not working for the second time, maybe you can get a refund for the AC if they can't fix it. The fluid you add by opening the top of the container, not in the rad. The twisted bucket looks like it was welded that way, poor workmanship for sure if it's the case. I have had my Kioti CK35 for over 10 years and only had to replace a seal in the hydrostatic which I did myself because I didn't trust the kids they hire to do the work, bad experience with the dealer. They are a workhorse for sure, I even use mine as a logger and pull out 3 to 5 trees at a time from the woods. I use it all year long, especially with the backhoe. Someone mentioned you need to take it easy with it, I say BS. It has done everything I wanted to do except when the load was too heavy to lift or the ground was too hard to dig. It has the extra weight compared to the competition to get things done. I wouldn't trade my Kioti for anything. Your biggest problem is the AC which I don't have because I didn't buy the cab. I like the full open view and quick and easy getting on and off. Once you have that fixed you will be happy again I am sure. keep in mind they all have issues and that is what the warranty is for.
The dealer apparently has to send the tractor out to get the AC recharged, so they blamed that guy for not doing it right. Obviously I can't test it now in the winter, but we'll see when spring comes if it's working or not. Most of my issues are with the dealer, not the machine. I fully agree with you that they are a workhorse and the backhoe is definitely a beast! I'm glad I went with it as it has been a huge help here around the farm. So far my Kioti has done everything I've tried to do with it. It hasn't let me down with completing a task yet! It's nice to hear from people that have had good experiences with their Kioti! Kioti just needs to work on their dealers in my opinion.
@@Curtis1824 Yes, they need to work on their Dealers for sure. I brought in a chainsaw for them to check the carb because I didn't feel like screwing with the carb. I told them it runs fine, the carb is messed up. They responded 2 days later with, " the motor is gone, you need a new saw". I tried to tell them it works fine but they kept saying it got scuffs on the side of the cylinder. I said you'lll have scuffs on you too when you reach 30 yrs old. I told him to put it together and I will pick it up and fix it myself. 10 minutes I had the carb cleaned and it was running fine. went out to cut a few cord when it started to leak oil. they never screwed the exhaust on tightly and the heat put a hole in the bar oil container. I brought it back to them and told them to fix it NOW. They did seal the tank and it's running still fine today 8 yrs later. I believe they push to sell is the first problem, the second is the quality of workmanship they have. This is why I would not let them touch the hydrostatic in the tractor because I heard they can't fix them and they just sell you a new one at 3000.
I use a friend's kioti 3210 and after an hr it keeps shutting off, the rpm drops from 2500 to 1000 then it hesitated and shuts off, the thing was just serviced and it's new.. on the hr meter it flashes "4" then "f 04" or "f 05" then "end" and it then shuts off.. start it up and a few minutes later the same thing happens.. it just pisses you off, I mean really, it's been looked at 4 times and it still does it.. get it back and wham, same issue.. crap
I have owned Two Mihindra Tractors never had a problem that wasn't my Fault . I just went to buy another New Mahrinda but aThe Hydrolic Block was exposed and low to the ground , I wound up Buying a Kioti ck 3510 Shuttle i Like The shuttle Best The seat is so much better than my other Tractors and only Time will Tell i am not crazy about the Re Gen Mindriah does not have to Re Gen The Dealer did not explain much i have watched many video's i understand It is Part of The New Green Deal a very expensive Catalic Converter ,Basically , Which will be on all tractors soon . If you use a Tractor very often there will be something happen on any Brand Tractor Kabota has made some models that were Known for trouble , I grew up with an 8 N and we used That Tractor every day We had to split it in half more than once but we could work on it. I would never Buy a J D Because of Their Policy that a Dealer only can work on their Products They can keep their Machines, I looked at my son's Kabota and first thing i noticed was The loader Control arm is to far out My arm would be wore out My loader Lever is by my arm rest no problem . There are things on all tractors Good and better located , I like the Two Remotes in The rear and adjustable arms and being able to mount a hydrolic Top Link would have been Great back in the day .I like the locker on the Kioti which Mihandra has also .
With 50 hours of my machine CK 35-10 hydra stat the hydraulic distribution bracket white front interior of the loader frame every fitting was barely finger tight The mounting brackets hold it to the main frame in the machine we're not made of a high quality alloy steel they were so soft that the loader frame got in contact with the brush guard The dealer refused to warranty any of it charged me $1,700 had the machine for 3 months and then when I called k i o t i they lied and never did a single thing to exercise the warranty
I really didn't want to have to search to see if other people were going through this but apparently it seems to be the norm with k i o t i great news is I'm in a first party consent State, I've recorded every phone call and I'll make videos showing how they handle their business I honestly think I can put a huge dent in their sales
Top trumps. Ive just got my money back on a brand new Iseki. Made in japan. You'd have thought an amazing machine. And it felt it. The great lever and so on, felt like a rolls royce. Engine sump gasket failed in the first half hour. Yes, half an hour. It was a full engine out job to reseal it. Because of if the front axle being in the way. And it lasted another half hour before the sump gasket failed again and it sprung a big coolant leak. So it would be engine out again in 1 hours use. Ive got my money back now.
You did not buy a lemon, you purchased a Kioti. You decided to save money and buy a Kubota knockoff. Being cheap will cost you a lot of time, money and downtime.
So then you tell us you've been moving big rocks and big trees with it and it doesn't even have 50 hours on it in your engine is not broken in so yes that's why it's breaking down
These tractors are shit. my engine runs perfectly fine and has proper oil pressure yet dash reads oil pressure problems and the ecm puts it in limp mode and the throttle is locked out at idle. Essentially a lawn ornament
I've got a 2012 CK27hst with 1080 hours on it. Only two minor warranty issues and the front rear end leaked the oil out, I think. I check that once a year. It gets greased once a month in winter, it only works in winter clearing my snow. Would I get another one? no DPF/DEF/XYZ or any of that bull crap and yes in a heartbeat.
Hell no , not with 50 hours. We used to say " they saw you coming". I would say its a piece of shit, get rid of it as soon as you can and dont look back, get something else, case, volvo, holland, That does it for me, Kioti is also know for stop carrying replacement parts and cheap metal on bucket pistons. Probably bent?
Be sure to subscribe for future updates on the tractor with this link bit.ly/2YWNN7T Hopefully the worst is behind us! Thanks for watching!
@DFV Louderilk I have that same problem with disengaging front wheel drive. I also have a hard time engaging it as well.

The backhoe is one thing I do worry about. So far no signs of problems.
Agreed! Every tractor and every brand has their issues. Good to hear when people have very few issues.
Bummer! My regen came on once and I went through the process. Hoping mine is an easy fix!
Finally got around to it and it’s warped. Off a little over half an inch which is about what it looks like it’s off when looking at it up in the air.
I hear ya. The regen is a pain. Seems like a big fuel waste to me.
A cutting edge is a great idea for the bucket. Saves wear on front and underside of bucket.
@@madtater5948 The maximum tilt of the bucket, should not be more than 45 degrees or less. Then you do not put too much strain on the arms and rams.
I have the RX 7320 and now have 130 hours with no issues.
I have a rx6620 and absolutely love it 155 hours and not a single prob.sorry to hear about your troubles , good luck
Thanks! Glad to hear you’re not having any issues with yours!

Yes! Adam’s video with his 200 hour review was one that helped me decide on getting a Kioti.
I have no idea how they can bring you something is dented and then tell you you have to live with it sounds like you should just go to the lawyer
@@juancarlostoledo5184 I really like my CK 2610 I haven’t had any problems with it not anything major at least
I have pretty much the same tractor a DK6010SE, HST, Cab and Loader. We bought it back in 2018 and haven't had any problems with it so far... One thing to try for your loader is raise it up all of the way and hold it for a few seconds at the top of the stroke and see if it evens out for you.
I'll give that a try. Thanks for the tip! They said they leveled out the arms and everything measured up fine. I feel like the bucket is a bit warped.
Put a cutting-edge for the bucket.

I originally wanted a TYM, but couldn't get the one I wanted in any sort of decent time frame.
I have a 3510se with around 260 hours on it. No problens at this time. It has done everything I ask of it.
Good to hear!
@@Curtis1824 Yes, and by the way, Merry Christmas !

Appreciate the feedback
Mine started having problems starting after 25 hrs. 1st time in the shop they said everything was fine and couldn't find a problem. 2nd time in the shop and just got it back today they changed the plunger due to fuel not going through when key was turned. Well new plunger same problem! Let see what happens the 3rd time in the shop. Probably will trade in for another brand if problem is not solved. I bought a new tractor instead of a used one to avoid these type of problems.
It’s the worst having a brand new machine in the shop so many times! Hopefully you don’t have any problems with parts.
I bought a kioti dk4210se cab tractor last March I have 63 hours on it so far and haven't had any issues yet I love it so far ! It sucks you have had so many problems
Glad to hear you haven’t had any problems! The dealer just picked mine up again today. The saga continues.
Y second kioti and love it. A good dealer will make it right. I broke my hst fan first day. Took 25 min. To replace unlike the Kubota 2+ hours later.
A good dealer makes all the difference. The verdict is still open on my dealer.
( out of action for 3 months in my first year )
That all sounds terrible. Thankfully I haven’t had any of that happen, but I’m now going on 13 weeks of it in the shop.
I’ve had a kioti for 2 years 325 hours and no problems.
Good to hear!
wow, I have a Green one and I really like Kioti thinking of my next one to be a Kioti. Maybe yours has Tractor COVID. LOL
That’s probably a better explanation!
Most problems on new tractors are due to the tractor not being properly prepared before the sale.
I did catch that they didn’t check the oil level for the transmission. The full plug was still painted over from the factory.
2020 Kioti dk4710se hst, 1st and only kioti I will own. Been in the shop about as much as in the field. Pay for junk own junk.
I feel your pain. Once I got past all the upfront problems it’s been a work horse. Hope your problems get resolved soon!!!
What a bummer!
I haven’t had that issue yet. Usually my wheels start slipping first. Something I’ll look out for though.
Who is your Kioti Dealer? It rather sounds like they pooched the dealer prep.
They're a reputable dealer here in New England and have been in business for 30 some odd years. I would agree with you!
Good luck.
I have had my loader hydraulic coupler replaced twice.
What was wrong with it?
If the check engine light comes on and I says cel with a motor on it the dealer going to tell you to run it at 22 rpm even though you don't need to regin by itself DPF is stupid if feds don't like smoke don't use a diesel motor
Just all part of the push to go electric.

I was told by a man that is head of Landscaping at my work to not buy Kioti because the ones they have have not held up like the Kubota's have. He pointed out several things that have gone bad to me. I decided right there I was gonna go Kubota. Been very happy!
What types of things did he point out so I know what to look out for?
None of the issues you had. The things he showed me were how things were lose or prematurely worn....rattling stuff and poorly designed stuff. It has been 4 yrs ago so the details have left me. He left the impression on me that they just were not to the level of his Kubotas despite looking very similar when new........they don't age as well as a Kubota.

Major bummer! It amazes me how many people are having the same problems!
Any tractor that has or uses government juice? A.k.a. DEF or has a filter. It's gonna be trouble any brand not necessarily just kioti
Before I even watch the video most people should know that when you have a new diesel engine you do not rev past half throttle until you reach 50 hours and also you start the motor on low revs and when you shut it down you wrap it down and let it idle hour and then shut it down
Yea you probably did get a lemon. I own a 3510 and over 100 hours so far so good.
Glad yours is running smoothly!
Just curious, are the windows and door frames easily removed for summer use?
I’ve never tried to remove them. The back window opens pretty good. I’ve heard they can be removed easily, but with the luck I’ve had I didn’t want to chance it. I also don’t have a great place to store them if I did take them off.
What good does that do if it doesnt run?

That ridiculous!
What the buck'et
That gave me a good laugh!
@@breadcrums7853 Kioti makes chainsaws? I did not know that.
@@onamissionracing no they don't, they sell that brand of chainsaw and lawn tractors as well.
Mine has 67 hours and on it's fourth starter motor. I wouldn't recommend a Kioti ever!!!!
I use a friend's kioti 3210 and after an hr it keeps shutting off, the rpm drops from 2500 to 1000 then it hesitated and shuts off, the thing was just serviced and it's new.. on the hr meter it flashes "4" then "f 04" or "f 05" then "end" and it then shuts off.. start it up and a few minutes later the same thing happens.. it just pisses you off, I mean really, it's been looked at 4 times and it still does it.. get it back and wham, same issue.. crap
I feel your pain. I've had mine in 3 times to fix the AC and it's going in again here pretty soon.
I think all the new tractors with these safety’s and regen. Things are a problem on al brands Dirt dust on electronics
I agree. I went with the DK series because overall has less electronics, just not the engine.
I don’t even have 80 now it won’t start turns over and over but will not pop off Smdh it’s bs cause I don’t have a dealer near me
What a bummer!!!
so far mines great
Good to hear!!
With 50 hours of my machine CK 35-10 hydra stat the hydraulic distribution bracket white front interior of the loader frame every fitting was barely finger tight The mounting brackets hold it to the main frame in the machine we're not made of a high quality alloy steel they were so soft that the loader frame got in contact with the brush guard The dealer refused to warranty any of it charged me $1,700 had the machine for 3 months and then when I called k i o t i
they lied and never did a single thing to exercise the warranty
Terrible. Crazy what some people think they can get away with.
I really didn't want to have to search to see if other people were going through this but apparently it seems to be the norm with k i o t i great news is I'm in a first party consent State, I've recorded every phone call and I'll make videos showing how they handle their business I honestly think I can put a huge dent in their sales
@@1o1carolina53 Good luck! I had absolutely zero luck trying to contact them with help I needed.
@@Curtis1824 I'm sorry brother. I'll keep you updated.

Seems like machine faults - sucks after shelling out coin for a big toy
So far no major repairs - the thing killing me is the amount of time it's been in the shop!
Amazing to hear how often problems like this are happening to people!
You did not buy a lemon, you purchased a Kioti. You decided to save money and buy a Kubota knockoff. Being cheap will cost you a lot of time, money and downtime.
So then you tell us you've been moving big rocks and big trees with it and it doesn't even have 50 hours on it in your engine is not broken in so yes that's why it's breaking down
Actually the problem was found by the dealer to be multiple faulty sensors and a leak in the coolant line for the AC.
All these new tractors have problems since they put in all this new electronic garbage. Stay away from these new tractors.
Should have bought khobata.
No volume
Horrible,A tractor is useless when it's setting in the shop most of the time.
Couldn’t agree more! Three weeks the first time. Two weeks and counting this time.
These tractors are shit. my engine runs perfectly fine and has proper oil pressure yet dash reads oil pressure problems and the ecm puts it in limp mode and the throttle is locked out at idle.
Essentially a lawn ornament
I feel your pain. What model do you have?
Don't buy one they are junk all I have had is problems with mine
