What are the dangers of pulling a rope when the bell is in the up position? Or what are the injuries etc that could happen?
Bell sounds awful
Looks/sounds like the bell has been fully muffled, which'll be preventing the clapper from creating the usual rich sound a bell makes. It'll also explain the fact the clapper is bouncing off even though it's up right.
